blinks with turn signals if you have on brake, other wise no. No way around this. 12 volts on both inputs, it lights period.

Great Product
Very nice quality. Super easy installation. LEDs are nice and bright. Wiring harness is well made and was just the perfect length didn’t have a huge excess of wiring to deal with. Will add more visibility to my motorcycle carrier for sure.
