Great Tent Budget Friendly Tent
This is a great tent for the price. I am 5'8 and my husband is 6'4 and we fit great in it. Our children(12 and 9) slept in a 2 person tent in the annex as the annex does not have a floor. We crammed up top a couple of nights when it was extremely windy and cold- we had to take the annex down that night due to the wind. It took about 5 minutes to get the tent up with the windows open and poles in, and 8 minutes total to get the tent and annex up. It takes about 10 minutes to take it down but super easy once you get the hang of it. Love the tent cover that zips into place and the straps that help keep it down tight. A lot of tents don't have the zip in feature and just have buckles. Also we kept two sleeping backs and two pillows up top when it was folded up. I couldn't really add more but that was perfect and saved space inside the Jeep. I highly recommend this budget friendly tent.

Great RTT, Annex leaves a little to be desired.
I would like to start off by saying this is my first experience with roof top tents. This tent is constructed nicely. It appears to be very high quality fabric. The materials for the base and mounting hardware were of good quality too. I found all the holes lined up. No burs to snag on the tent. It is a very high quality tent in my opinion. Slightly better instructions would have been nice for the set up for use (after initial mounting). Such as recommended tent height, and an explanation on the bars that hold up the rain fly. It was kind of a hassle to figure out for the first time. The instructions were adequate for mounting, it explained the recommended width of support bars and how to mount the tracks. I would have given this tent set up a 5 star review if it was not for the annex. I was expecting a floor in it. Partly because the question asked above was answered that it does have a floor. However, everywhere I look I find it doesn't have a floor. I have contacted the seller as well as ARB on the matter, seeking answers. I really thought for the price it would have had a floor. I can't really complain too much, it was never stated by the seller or ARB to have a floor. Overall quality is 5 stars, I just wish ARB and Amazon had a little better description of the product and more pictures. I will be including some pictures at a later time. I just wanted to put a more thorough review on it, as there aren't many on this tent compared to the other brands out there.

Good tent, but still flawed
Bought this for a cross-country camping trip this year. Had it out once so far, will come back and update. Here are my initial impressions:1. The instructions are not very clear about installation. Had a bit of trouble with the travel cover. There are no instructions for the cover.2. The hooks for the rain covers are not spring steel and will take a bend easily. You have to be careful when setting up.3. There was swarf left over from manufacturing when the holes were drilled in the base for the mounting rails. Cleaning up from manufacturing is not a value add, but does improve customer impression of quality commitment.4. Very easy set up.5. Travel cover zips can get hung in the tent fabric. Had to remove travel cover to get the zip unstuck. Very frustrating, but may have been self-induced.6. The sleeping pad is very firm. Will be adding an additional mattress to soften up the stiff cover.7. Very well ventilated. Having all the doors opened provides amazing cross breeze.8. This tent requires moderate skill to install correctly depending on your rack system. Be sure you know what you are doing before hand. I will be experimenting with alternate mounting since I own a rack made from extruded aluminum channel.9. If you're older, this tent might not be for you. I'm still sorting out how to best install the travel cover. You have to crawl on top of the vehicle to properly secure the zips and straps. My background is in electrical and mechanical engineering. I design and build machines for a living, so I have an appreciation for well sorted products and a keen eye for flaws.Overall execution is not as expected from ARB, I find myself wondering if this product is a counterfeit as it does not appear to have the same quality as other ARB products I have used in the past.
