The bandage is thin but love the velcro closure

These bandages use Velcro to attach them to themselves. Other brands use little metal clips that stab you in the fingers when trying to attach it, then the clips fall off or break. With these, problem solved. Word of advice is to mark with a marker the outside of the bandage at the starting point because you can wrap the whole thing up and find out in the end it's inside out. Washable. Use a garment bag because the Velcro will stick to other clothes in the washer or just was them by hand and hang dry Don't dry them in a drier They're elastic and will fall apart with the heat.

Physical therapy exercises have been causing realignment of various parts of my leg. Sometimes the tendons and calf muscles get a bit stressed and are very sore, and wrapping them to apply compression helps a lot. I had a very old Ace bandage but felt like it was losing elasticity, so I took a chance with these, because I thought the velcro edges would make life a lot easier. After a month of use I've decided that I like them. Initially, I was using them like my old Ace, but discovered that this was not the right way to use these as I was making things much too tight. These wraps are very stretchy and the velcro holds them in place quite well, and so they do not loosen up so easily, like the Ace did over a short time. I found that I needed to wrap a bit less tight in order to achieve the same level of compression. Trial and error showed me how to get the right level of tightness to support me when I am on my feet working around the house or yard. These are shorter than I was used to, but I now feel that I have better control over how tight they can be wrapped, and have come to appreciate that less bandage is not a problem. Good product, will see how long they last, but after a month at this very low price I am quite content.

During the healing period of my right foot, this bandages gave me a slight support around the ball of foot area. Secured and stayed in my shoes. I didnt use the whole roll. Cut it to make 2 layers around my foot. I sed it 3 days till the foot got no longer need it.
