The only ice cream book you will need
This is a really great book if you looking for super ice cream recipes, either with dairy or non-dairy. I have several ice cream books at home but this one is my favourite and my go to book when making my own ice cream…;-).

Do not buy
Do not waste your money. Just a book about ice cream made with a lot of animals fat. Not healthy, nothing new. American style ice creams.
