I love these electrolyte hydration packets. That pineapple flavor is amazing. I've purchased these many times. I often get them at a local store but when they're out, I ordered here online. They have several flavors as well. These are great for on the go and you haven't drink enough water and you just pop one into your water bottle and it makes a huge difference almost right away. The flavor is good. They're easy to pack away for your little trips. I just dump it right in the water, put the lid on and shake it. It mixes up quite nicely and does not clump.

bought these to help hydration and boodt milk supply. The flavor if these is so good and it seems to help me stay hydrated .I will definitely be purchasing these again in the future .

Love love love these hydration packets ! They mix and dissolve very well and also provided 834mg of electrolytes! Which is what I need because I'm not able drink tons of water during the work day . The packages make it very convenient to take with you ! Flavor is great as other hydration packets I've tried have been way too salty . I try and stay stocked up on these for me and my husband who works in a refinery. Over all my favorite hydration packets!

This beverage is VERY sweet. I recommend using 1/2 packet to 32 oz water.

I’ve tried many electrolyte mix brands, liquid iv, salud,sqwincher the list goes on forever. I tried these and they are a blessing! I work as a delivery driver and I am out in the heat all day and I need to keep hydrated. Water just won’t cut it after a 10+ hr shift, I bought the strawberry ice pop and the pineapple coconut flavor and they are delicious. Definitely do need more than 20oz of water I’d say like 40 but other than that they are phenomenal. They keep my thirst satiated and my body feels great. All of the other brands I’ve tried in the past have made me feel ironically thirstier and made my mouth dry. I drink water throughout the morning and around noon I bring out my Stanley with ice and stir in the pineapple coconut flavor and I sip on that for the next hour or so it’s super refreshing, I’ve recommend these to all of my coworkers already and they are hooked like I am.

There are different forms of these electrolytes and the Pure Kick Pro is my favorite and the coconut pineapple flavor is perfect. If I am working out or in the sun, I consume the entire serving packet. But I usually split it with my wife to get us a nice does of electrolytes in the morning (especially if I am fasting) and it doesn't kick me out of Ketosis and the value is fantastic for what you get. I highly recommend these over some bigger name brands we all know.
