Excellent value tower cpu cooler
I installed this into a smaller pc case and I could have gone with a larger tower cooler, but I had already purchased this for another build and didn’t use it for that one. This is currently sitting on top of an i5-14400f and is excellent at keeping temps VERY low. Surprisingly low. Now, I am using a contact frame for the lag 1700 socket because that’s a must, but wow. It sit around 60c during a cinebench r23 run. I haven’t seen it get any hotter than that.It seems inadequate, right? And maybe on higher power CPUs that may be the case, but I think this will work very well in most cases.

Awesome Value Air Cooler
This is exactly the type of air cooler I'd recommend people get in 2025. It's not overly large and cumbersome, the price is very fair, and the performance is more than adequate for most CPUs. Kudos to IDCooling on this one!

No frills little coooler
Decent Little Cooler. Cools a 5700X just perfectly at stock mind you. Installation is easy but the fan clips are horrible and require too much force.

Awesome Cooler
Works way better than what I expected. Under load my CPU (AMD R7-5700X) stayed at 40°C and under, paired it with Arctic MX-6 thermal paste. Installation was super easy and straightforward.

Runs really quiets and keeps CPU cool.
This was my first time installing this kind of Cooler. It is a little more annoying than the kind that doesnt need you remove your motherboard to install the back plate but its worth it, and probably less annoying when building a new PC. But Anyways just pay attention to the instructions included, and make sure you install the brackets with the screws in the centers upwards, as this is what the radiator will attach to. And dont over tighten it. Just until it stops wiggling. My CPU was running IDLE at 60 degrees Celsius, and now runs much cooler at 40 Degrees Celsius. Even under it load doesnt get much hotter. I did make upgrades to my system, as it was a gift. I guess the new ram sticks, as they are technically mis-match, made my CPU run a little hotter despite a 12GB upgrade. The cool thing is that I can bring this to my next build if I want, but I most likely will just order another one since its pretty affordable. I definitely recommend this, I cant attest to overclocking or anything like that. But it fits what seems like every socket type, although I saw no mention of AM5 socket but if you know if AM4 and AM5 are similar in terms of screw placements, then this may not be bad, but if youre running DDR5 then you probably can afford a better cooler even water cooling anyways. This is my very first PC experience and honestly everything is idiot proof lol. My grandma probably could install this.

Good Cooling Performance, Awful Fan Retention Clips
I purchased this for an i7-8700K that my 12yo son was installing in his spare computer, Overall the cooler is compact and seems to perform well for its size (I ended up using Arctic MX-4 instead of the included thermal paste), with the i7 idling around 32C. But the clips that hold the fan to the heatsink? Absolutely awful. I've installed this style of cooler before (a lot of Thermalright Assassins) so I am familiar with the concept, but the wire clips on this thing are too stiff, too loose, and continually fall/pop off while you're trying to maneuver it into place unless you hold them in position just right. My son simply wasn't able to get it attached without the clips falling out and I ended up having to help him. Even having installed many similar coolers in the past, I had to put the computer I/O shield down to let gravity help, and pull the GPU and RAM so I had full range of motion. If you really need a compact cooler this will do the job. But if you are thinking of buying it just because it is cheap and you need a budget cooling solution, save some frustration and grab a Thermalright Assassin instead.

Garbage cooler do not buy
Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely garbage cooler, would not even fit into my am5 motherboard and pretty sure messed up the threads to my backplate. Extremely dissatisfied.
