Great sauces, not a lot of variation in flavors
I love the original flavor, it has quickly become a regular item on my shopping list. When i sampled all of these flavors side by side I was able to detect the subtle differences between them, however in actual use on food I found them all interchangeable with little perceptible difference. The good news is that means I thought they were all enjoyable, however I will stick to just purchasing the original flavor for simplicity from now on.

5-Flavor Pack is a Great way to try them all
We'd tried the Original flavor previously and love it, but we'd wanted to try the others. Prime Day plus the five pack was a perfect opportunity to do so. We've only tried the Spicy so far but it's even better than the Original. Can't wait to try the rest.

Just Okay
They're just okay. Taste wise, they're very same-y. Like, between the five flavors the differences are very subtle which makes spending $55 absolutely ridiculous. Yuzu has almost no citrus taste. Hot & Spicy not very hot or spicy, too me. Sweet Honey was more salty than sweet and even then the sweetness didn't tate like it came from honey. Miso was quite salty yet had very little miso taste. Basically, they all taste very, very similar to the original. I also found them to be too loose, they should've been thicker. Ultimately, I wouldn't buy it again.
