2 failures in 2 weeks!
These things are junk! Bought one that stopped working within 10 days -- returned it and ordered another that quit within 3 days! COMPLETE GARBAGE!

Placebo effect? It works!
I got this for my 11 year old. She played with it one night. I reminded myself to let her own this - the device and the bed wetting. A few nights later when I went to take her to the bathroom as I’ve done the last 11 years (that’s how we handled the enuresis - taking her to the bathroom at midnight so she wakes up dry) I saw she had this on, so I left her alone so we could see if this actually worked. Well she woke up dry and has been continually doing so for the last three weeks even though she hasn’t used it again. It was like just owning it cured her.

Loud Alarm
The bed wetting alarm itself is very small. You can choose it to alert via vibration, audible alarm, or a combo of the two. The problem is that it's still only going to alert after your child starts to wet themselves. Hopefully, the alarm will wake them enough that they will realize what they are doing and can finish their potty time in the bathroom. Obviously, this is still a bit of trial and error. The alarm is really loud, so it might frighten your child awake.

No Good
This Bed Wetting Alarm for Kids Children, USB Rechargeable, 3 Working Modes is just a bit of e-waste. Its quiet and uncomfortable. Not suitable for children.

Great idea, poor execution
I really wanted this to work for my niece. She needs a device like this, but this one doesn’t ring loud enough to wake her when she sleeps. Also, we were worried about her getting tangled as she sleeps and strangling herself (she constantly moves when she sleeps). I wish it had worked properly.

This Alarm is useless
The alarm sound is very quiet and doesn’t even wake him. We’ve used the baby monitor to try and hear it from our own room and it’s not even loud enough to trigger the baby monitor so we can help him. It’s useless and I’m frustrated with the money I spent on it for it to just sit on his dresser as we try to figure something else at.

Works exactly like the one that helped me!
Thankfully, at their core, these are pretty basic devices. This one is QUITE well made AND has a couple advanced features: multiple modes AND a battery light to indicate battery level/low-ness. Mode choices are Audio, Vibration, or BOTH. It doesn't really matter, but I like the beige color. The progress chart with stickers is a nice deal sweetener, but also doesn't really matter to me.To anyone concerned with their child twisting & turning too much leading to the child getting tangled up in the wire, I say, "route the wire through sleeves/clothes. That's what we did for me decades ago & it worked out just fine."

Bedwetting alarm
My godson is 9 yrs old, and will still wet the bed nearly every night unless one of his parents wakes him up before they go to bed and make him go pee again. I got this hoping it would help him, so far, it's a bit hit and miss. The cord is long, so he runs it underneath his pajamas so he won't get tangled in it. The clip is a little uncomfortable, but he's still able to fall asleep. The alarm and vibration are good enough to wake him most of the time, though not always. The downside is that it doesn't go off until it gets wet, so the bedwetting has already happened at that point and he stills needs new clothes and sheets, but on the bright side, at least he knows right away and isn't laying in or rolling in it for a long time. Maybe it will subconsciously train his brain to wake up when he feels the wetness, and encourage it to associate it with the urge to pee, but it's not an overnight fix.
