I'm sure that this product works for some unfortunately it didn't work for me. That being said, I am a particular hard case in terms of my hormone imbalance. I am taking a different brand that works better for me, but using inositol had been worth the effort! Try it and see if it works for you

I used the supplements for two months. I believe I definitely started noticing a different energy wise and with my cycle. Unfortunately, I forgot to order it and was off of it for a couple of weeks. I have ordered a different brand since that had more v vitamins, etc., in it
