This pillow looks like it will not work--small and very firm. However, I have severe curvature and collapse of cervical vertebrae due to cancer treatments and age. When sleeping on my back with shoulders off of the pillow, I use it with the "low side" toward my shoulders. This is opposite as shown in the advertisement. This positioning places my neck in the exact position needed to stretch my neck back to a more normal position. I get the best sleep because it also prevents mouth breathing. This is the one for me. I will test the cooling function during the summer.

I had cervical neck surgery 5 years ago and I've been dealing with sore tight neck muscles ever since. I bought this pillow one month ago and my neck has not been as sore or tight. I also use a CPAP to sleep and with this pillow, my hourly apnea events have decreased. The pillow is somewhat flimsy and I wish it were bigger. It slips out of my standard pillow case sometimes. I may consider buying the king size of this pillow in the future.

Pillows are very comfortable, tried both Queen and regular size, the Queen size is better for side sleeping, and the regular is better for back sleeping. The chemical smells are quite strong, they do seem to fade, but it takes several weeks.

This was a game changer for me! I usually used two pillows to try to get comfortable but it was t ever ideal. The first night I used this pillow, I slept with only the one and I slept better and woke up more comfortable. I will travel with it from now on, because I don’t want to go back to regular pillows. It’s worth the price, to me. It gives me great great support whether on my back or either side. It has a good amount of cushion and the outer layer comes off to wash.

The first night I used it I woke up hurting but I’ve had it for over a week now and love it. It’s not the ideal size of a pillow but I’m dealing with it. I have better sleep quality and more support without hurting as much. No smell and the price is high for a pillow but not as much as some other ones

I was disappointed I bought the “queen” which doesn’t come close to that size. I have used it about 1 week, my neck feels alittle better but I’m very disappointed in the size

Nice but the pillow case is kind of pricey
