They’re okay.
Research into blue light glasses does not suggest that they are effective. Having said that, since starting to wear them when on computer, watching TV or using my phone, I have slept better and woken refreshed rather than groggy. Whether that’s the glasses or a placebo effect, I’ll take it! I bought 2 pairs, from different companies, to try out and I favour the other pair as this one is a bit tighter and has caused a bit of discomfort after long periods of use, but otherwise they’re fine.

Very soothing - give them a go!
These are great! They are only plastic and might scratch easily (but then, what can you expect for the great price) - and they are not magnifying in any way - but they really do make a difference. I had some amber lens glasses, which also worked but made my head hurt because everything had an orange tinge and seemed too dark. Whereas these glasses are clear but still stop the glare of the computer screen. I spend all day on the computer for work and my eyes get really tired - but I can already tell that these will help. Very definitely recommended - a very good price and very fast delivery. Well worth a try!

Normally I don't wear glasses...
I don't wear vision correcting specs, but I'm getting to a point where working on a computer for hours is putting a strain on my eye. I was surprised at the difference these glasses made and I am able to work comfortably while wearing them. They are quite small, which might be a problem for some, but they fit me fine.

Lens has a film over not completely clear
This product is not what it looked like on the images. The frames are good but the lenses are not clear but have a film on them and have a glare so you couldn’t possibly wear them as a pair of glasses
