I was thrilled to see a Component switcher in this price range. I am happy with the device overall, but I've only had it a few days. My only complaint is about the build quality. It's solid, but it also feels a little empty- lacks the "heft" I expected it to have. Also, the buttons to switch the inputs don't inspire much confidence for me- they work, but there's something about them I don't trust- I feel like it would be too easy to select multiple (or no) inputs at once.Regardless, it seems to work great, and for the price I'd definitely recommend it.

Used for VCR and Wii sharing one line (audio left / audio right / video) to TV. Switches easily and works well. Buttons are mechanical in feel when switching (feels like pushing components inside box).

The switch works pretty much as advertised-simple and direct. The “manual” was a real hoot-almost in English but not quite. I did detect some interference between two of the channels. It didn’t cause me any problems but I didn’t need all of them.

Despite something I read recommending a powered switch, so far this is working very well for me. Note that this also works with composite devices if your TV uses composite video on the green plug as mine does. This is perfect for switching between my retro consoles. I'm only starting to wish now that I'd purchased one with more ports!

Like that I can switch between devices, thought that's what it was made for. Does black out sometimes when electricity turned on/off elsewhere. Bugs a bit.

This little box is a shocker, Because passive component switchers are usually junk, but this one is the exception. I notice absolutely NO degradation in the signal, no audio hum, no video noise, nothing of the sort. It’s inexpensive and worth it’s weight in gold.

When I bought this for my TV, since it only has one component cable port. However my troubles with the first one was already bad enough. YES I bought two of them, and both of them has the same problem. The problem is the first and second port on it doesn't work. The IN port and OUTPUT 3 DOES work. I poked around in with my Multimeter and it shows that yes it is the box and not the cables. I also looked at the manual but you can't read it because a person who doesn't know English wrote it in the most obtrusive writing in all of English. Also I tested it on another TV and the same thing happens! So save the money and don't buy it!
