I had used duct tape to hold a car window closed until I could put in a new electric closer. When I finally got around to fixing it and I pulled the duct tape off, it left behind glue. I tried alcohol and several other solvents to remove the residue and nothing worked very well. Three years passed and the residue got older and even harder to remove. I finally tried Abracadabra, and it removed that old, hard tape residue very quickly and didn’t hurt my paint or plastic body parts! It takes labels off of bottles very quickly and easily too! Well worth the cost.

I was hoping it would take hair dye out of the bath towel, but that didn’t happen, but it did work to get some grease stains off the concrete

This stuff REALLY works! I have been trying to remove some gooey product labels from my newly installed Luxury Plank Vinyl flooring, with not much success. Dish soap and water only removed the paper label part. Goof Off, and a lot of elbow grease, only removed some of the sticky residue. I saw a TV ad for Abracadabra and decided to give it a try. This stuff removed every bit of the label and sticky residue IMMEDIATELY and without any scrubbing!! I am truly amazed and so thrilled to have found a product that works so well. Worth every single penny of its pricey cost!!

I wanted the transmission oil spots cleaned up. This product did as it said, and cleaned them up pretty well. This is a floor that was sealed about 20 years ago. There are still "shaded" areas where the oil marks once were, but the photos attest that the bulk of the oil cleaned up. Apart from that, it didn't do much more for me.I have a small paint drop on the floor; that wouldn't come up. It also did nothing for tire stains or a small rust stain from a car part.Overall, I am not impressed considering the cost. If you have oil/transmission stains on the floor and nothing else worked, this may be for you. But considering the cost, I would like do-over by trying other products first.Three stars because it mostly worked on oil stains. Two stars for cleaning ability and one for price. I feel this product is completely overpriced.

I do not typically leave reviews but I wanted to share my specific experience with this product. I run a small motorcycle service shop and needed something that would remove wheel weight residue quickly and thoroughly so we can more accurately static balance tires. After trying a number of other products, this was the best BY FAR. It even removes stubborn old wheel weight residue left on by other shops with no problem.

Outstanding product! Had renovations done and contractors used really sticky tape to hold down floor protection! I have beautiful 100 year old parquet floors! The tape was sooooooo stuck! I was so upset! I bought this stuff and it was a miracle! No damage whatsoever! Meanwhile in another back room blue painters tape took off the polyurethane! Can’t say enough great things!

I bought this to help remove the glue residue left behind from some carpet squares on my hardwood stairs. I have to say it worked remarkably well. Overall, I am very pleased with the results. The only issue I am having is that there is a little spotty stickiness left over, but I am going to try to use some more of this spray on those specific areas to see if that helps. I think the residue may be left over from the tape. I would highly recommend wearing gloves (yes, I failed to do so) because the spray has oil in it and I had to wash my hands a few times to get them clean. Overall, I am very pleased I tried this product and would definitely recommend it.

This is an effective cleaning product, but not as good as demonstrated on the commercial on TV where it shows it just easily wiping off buildup on the underside of pots and pans. I purchased this product based on the demonstration on that commercial. I always cleaned these hard to clean surfaces with an oven cleaner, which performed fairly well, but the chemicals were hard on the skin and smell, and left some minor residue on the surfaces. This product cleans no better than the oven cleaner I used, but it easier on the skin and has a pleasant smell. It also costs three times as much. I would have given it four or five stars if it had not been for the deceptive TV commercial.
