Gamble on quality
I originally purchased a pair of refurbished Galaxy Buds 2 Pro in Excellent Condition, and while they looked great, they had serious battery drain and potential water resistance issues such as the noise Cancelling and ambient noise no longer working as they should. I reached out for a replacement, hoping to get a working pair.Unfortunately, the replacement was in far worse condition—dirty, dented, and clearly not Excellent Condition as advertised. It felt like they just sent me a random used pair with no real quality control. I had to call customer service again, and while they were helpful and offered a full refund while letting me keep one of the pairs, the whole process was frustrating and disappointing.If you’re considering buying these refurbished, just be aware that quality seems to be a gamble. Customer service handled it well, but I wish I didn’t have to go through all this trouble in the first place.
