CBM Scaffold A Set 4 New 1 3/8" Scaffolding 24" Adjustable Leveling Galvanized Screw Jack with Base Plate

I would recommend these to anyone who is setting up scaffolding on uneven ground, they work perfect, they are heavy duty, easy to use and the material is very good. Great investment for those self doors for any old scaffolding just make sure you measure the tube before you order.

I bought the four adjustable jacks to use with some used scaffolding that I bought from a neighboring rancher. When they arrived, the first two jacks inserted perfectly, with no adjustments. The next two got hung up after only going in 1/4 of the way. I contacted the company and was told that about 8 to 10 threads down from the top of the jack, they added a bead of solder/weld, per OSHA, so the screw handle can't be raised higher than it is safe to raise, or to keep the screw handle from being raised too high and coming off. The two "beads" extended about 1/4" off the threads. I filed them both down to be equal with the top of the threads, but left the thread filled with the metal so the handle would stop if I ever had reason to raise it that high. They inserted perfectly. This is scaffolding for my home use only, just to get up to my evaporative cooler without having to use and work from an extension ladder at the ripe old age of 74 (me, not the ladder!) Hope this helps. These jacks seem to be very well built, and a sturdy base.

Works great! I keep 2x6s on hand for pads under the jacks because I feel like the base plates could be thicker. Great product for the price!

Nothing wrong with these except that they do not fit. Just slightly too large in diameter for Harbor Freight "FRANKLIN" scaffolding. Price is also a bit high compared to a specialty store.

One person set up . Not wobbly . Can hold two people and wood siding

These seem to be a bit pricey but they are well made and have wide bases that provide good stability for use on stairs or uneven terrain. The adjustment arms are fairly long which provides good leverage but are a bit of a problem in constrained spaces like 3 ft stairwells.My one gripe is that these were shipped via USPS who won't deliver to my jobsite since it is more than 1/2 mile from the nearest mail boxes, so I had to drive to the post office to get them. Construction products should always be shipped via UPS, FedEx or truck.

I had 8 levelers from a previous purchase, but sometimes I needed 4 more. These levelers fit my scaffold and are working fine.
