I’ve been taking eye health supplements for years, and this formula by Micro Ingredients is one of the most comprehensive I’ve found. Not only do you get lutein and zeaxanthin at clinically supported doses, but also omega-3s and astaxanthin—all in one softgel. The price per serving is unbeatable, especially with 400 capsules in the bottle. I like that they’re third-party tested, non-GMO, and easy to swallow. No fishy aftertaste. After about two weeks, I did feel less strain during screen time, though results vary. I’ll be keeping these in my supplement stack. Ideal for: Long hours on screens, aging eyes, or preventive vision care.

We have been wanting to use Lutein for eye health and we excited to try Micro Ingredients Lutein &zexanthin. Love that it is enhanced with astaxanthin, omega-3s DHA EPA, and phospholipids. The softgels are small and easy to take. The bag of 400 count or 200 serving for the price is amazing. I could notice the difference in my eyesight just in three days. I feel great that I got this product. For us, this would be a perfect product if it is made with coconut oil instead of sunflower oil since we are trying to reduce Omaga- 6 fatty acids. I would give 5 stars instead of 4.5 if made with a better oil like coconut. Sue

My eyes are hard to focus early in the morning. I am hopeful this product will give my eyes the boost they need to see clearly again. There is no taste or smell. They are easy to swallow. They are loaded with vitamins and minerals.

I'm happy with the value and the product for those who need added eye health.

Exceptional quality and efficiency! My eye sight is above normal for my age (mid-forties). I have had some reduction in eye sight, but who doesn't? If you don't, you probably didn't stay up way too late reading in dim light as a child and young adult. I have found this supplement to help keep my eyes healthy and reduce the chances of further diminishing my eyesight. The gel tablets are easy to swallow with no taste. The effects of lutein are not immediate. I've been taking this vitamin for over two decades. The younger you are, the better off you will be. This takes time to see benefits so don't think it's not working. For the sake of your eyes, take lutein. For the sake of minimizing packaging waste, take this brand. I love the zippered pouch rather than another plastic bottle!

Used it. Can't tell efficacy. Can't even say lapsed benefits from not using, nor can tell if there's benefits from using. Why not make it one softgel a day?

Been using this product for a while and my eye sight's still pretty good, and I'm going on 73.
