This is a powerful little speaker! It's solidly built and it works very nicely. The only possible downside isn't the fault of this speaker but rather the fault of physics -- the bass response isn't as good as with a larger speaker, but I knew that when I bought this speaker since it is so small. The bass response is as good as it can be in a speaker this size, and is better than some other speakers I've heard that were the same size. Especially when placing this speaker in a corner, the bass sounds become much stronger, proving that it's not the fault of the design of this speaker. It has a very wide frequency range, and it is able to hold a charge for a very very long time when not in use. I haven't used it in a single period for as long as it claims to last, but since all the other claims are true I see no reason to doubt its claim of up to 10 hours of listening time. The information at the Amazon web-page does say that the 10 hours depends on the listening volume -- the louder the volume, the shorter the time. It includes a USB cable for charging. I did purchase a micro SD card, put a lot of mp3 files on it, and this speaker does a great job of playing them from the SD card. My only complaint about that is that it simply plays them in order and doesn't randomize them. But then in a speaker this size, there's no room for the electronics which would allow for that.It was very easy to pair, and when it is turned on it pairs automatically. It comes with a USB charging cable, a stereo-male-to-stereo-male cable for connecting without bluetooth, and a caribiner. To make sure not to lose either of the cables, I used a velcro cable-tie to keep the cables attached to the caribiner.It is rated to be IPX6 waterproof, which means that it can be used in places where it might get splashed (pool-side, on the beach, in the bathroom, outdoors in a rain shower) and it won't be harmed.This is the best speaker I've ever heard at this size and weight and price and I'm very happy I've purchased it -- it travels with me wherever I go now.

I love this speaker so much. I have it next to my bed on my nightstand because I use it for my sleep sounds every single night. I was using the speaker from my phone to play my sleep sounds, but the speakers suck and the sound was all tinny and weird and did not elicit relaxing feels. I bought this on a whim after finally having enough of the iPhone speakers. I’m so glad I bought this little guy! He may be small but he’s very powerful. I will take it into the bathroom with me while I shower to listen to my tunes, I’ve taken it outside with me to do yard work, and I’ve taken it to parties to play music. I bought my MiL one and she loves it too. The audio quality is really great and has a pretty decent bass. I like that the bottom of it has little rubberized pads, so if the sound causes it to vibrate it won’t vibrate off wherever you have it.I’ve never had the battery die on me so far, so I’m not even sure how long the battery actually lasts, but it’s a pretty long time from what I can tell.One of my favorite parts about this speaker is when you turn it on it has (what seems like) a German guy saying “connecting” and then “connected” when it connects to your Bluetooth. It makes me and my husband laugh and we mimic it every time.So, overall if you’re in the market for a good portable speaker with good battery life and good sound for a good price, this is your guy.

I use this at work, where it spends most of its time clipped to the door of a tractor-trailer. It gets smacked and bounced around with every bump, but hasn't had any problems of note. The sound is plenty loud, even when I'm on the road, and the quality is pretty good. It's definitely more clear than I was expecting at this price point. I wouldn't put it up against the larger, more powerful speakers, but for a unit this size, it does the job admirably. The battery usually makes it through two shifts, and it charges remarkably quickly. Really, my only complaint is that the spring clip it came with was terrible and broke on the first use. A fifty cent replacement took care of that little problem. Certainly, that's not enough to dock a star from it.In short:The good:-- Good sound quality-- Plenty loud-- Good battery life (over 15 hours with on and off use, without being shut off)-- Really takes a beating-- Pairs quicklyThe bad:-- Volume control in Android is a bit touchyThe ugly:-- That spring clip is terrible, but you can get a better one for under a buck, so no big dealAll in all, a great speaker in the under thirty range.

Honestly its a simple nice little speaker. Sounds is rich for a small speaker and it seems to run for hours on end. I am fairly impressed with it for the price. For its size it does have some heft to it (feels like slightly less than an unopened can of soda but roughly 1/2 the overall size/volume) so even though it has a rather dense rubber bumper around it I doubt it is going to appreciate too many waist high drops on the concrete also something I do not plan to test out. =) 4 stars as I am stingy on 5 stars for only things that totally blow my expectations away and because I can't yet comment on lifespan so don't discount it's value for not getting the best review possible. This little speaker will sit outside all summer in the rain without being brought in so only time will tell on the durability. Lastly, It's not going to compete with a $100 equivalent name brand speaker though it should do well against a lot of $50-$60 name brand units IMO.
