However, the seller responded immediately and resolved the issue without delay. I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer service.I primarily use the mask at home, so I can’t speak to its effectiveness on airplanes or in noisy outdoor settings. However, if you’re looking for something to use at home, I believe this is well worth the investment.

I bought these awhile back and just started using them. They have plenty of room over your eyes and the Velcro strap for the back makes it easy to adjust so it’s not too tight or too loose. I love that there is nothing that goes inside your ears. Helps me go to sleep easier. I can hear the sound even with a large fan blowing.I have to come back and say that I have suffered with insomnia since the late ‘90s. Even with prescription drugs, I have still never felt rested. I don’t dread going to bed at night. My husband can watch ESPN all he wants, and I haven’t a clue when he turns it off. I think I will buy a second set on the off chance that something “might” happen to them and I wouldn’t want to wait on any shipping at all. Best money I’ve ever spent.

I bought these a year ago today. They quit working a few weeks ago. I will be buying another pair. I loved them. Very comfortable once I adjusted the speakers. It did a great job of tuning out noise like AC and husband’s snoring.

They provide complete blackout, and we cannot hear each other's audio next to each other.My mask broke just before the one-year warranty was up, and they provided exceptional service, responding promptly and sending me a new device when mine wouldn't turn on.This is a great product that has served its purpose well. The velcro strap accommodates different-sized heads, and the material is very comfortable and breathable. Since owning it, I have bought multiple as gifts. It is worth the purchase, and I highly recommend it!

This mask with speakers is amazing! It is so comfortable to wear while sleeping. I can’t even feel the speakers against my ear, while laying on my side. The speaker sound is excellent and volume controls are perfect. It appears I can only star rate it as a four, no clue why, but my actual rating is 5 stars!

This is comfortable and the sound was great for a while but to be honest the speaker quality went down a bit. The sound is a bit crackling of that makes sense but it's not too concerning. It's also easy to clean, just make sure you take out the electronic equipment first.

I actually love this sleep mask with headphones. The battery life seems to be adequate, it blocks light really well and the on-off and volume buttons work fine. I didn't even think about whether I could use it for phone calls but when my phone rang while I was listening to music, I was able to answer it and not have to hold my phone to my head. Bonus!I've been using it to listen to positive affirmations or binaural beats as I go to sleep. It's comfortable and stays in place. In fact, I like it so much better than my earbuds or other types of headphones that I'm thinking of getting one of the sweatband types that I can wear during the day.

I like this eye mask except for the fact that the eye socket section is not deep enough. I love the fact I can fall to sleep with music. That is a great plus and also if you go visiting or are in a hotel it is great for masking the hallway noise. I would recommend one. I have long eyelashes and the socket section is just not deep enough for me. Fits great and it is soft and easy to use. I noticed people complained about a scent but as soon as I got mine I washed it right away and I had no scent at all. I am happy with the stretch ability, and functionality. Buy one, you will love it. Easier to fall asleep!
