This compact tool set is perfect for handling small DIY tasks around the house. It includes all the essentials like a hammer, pliers, tape measure, adjustable wrench, screwdrivers, and a variety of hex keys, all neatly packed into a durable, portable case. The tools are solid and well-constructed, making them reliable for light home repairs or quick fixes. The set is especially great for beginners or for keeping on hand in case of emergencies. The small size and organized layout make it easy to store or carry. Overall, it’s a handy, affordable kit that covers all my tool needs.

Bought this for my daughter in her first house, and she's very pleased with it. It has everything you could need in it - even a craft knife, which is missing from most kits. It's very cleverly packed into a surprisingly small case, that locks nice an firmly. But when I came to use it, I discovered that what looks like a pair of pliers, isn't. It's actually a 'joint slip pliers' - whatever that is. This might be very useful for gripping a nut or tubing firmly, but it simply doesn't do the thing you mostly want a pair of pliers to do (grip or turn things, or hold them steady). It doesn't just do these things badly, it doesn't do them at all. You really shouldn't have to spend so much on a basic set of tools, only to end up having to beg a pair of pliers from your daughter's next-door-neighbours...

Doesn't have a large minus head for the screw driver which- to be honest is more important than a philips.
