Interesting read
An interesting and thought provoking read, covering some key topics from the past. The book explores gender roles as well as societal expectations, following Nora as she goes against cultural norms. An interesting read with some great character depictions

Great new issue of a classic play
I read this years ago as an A'level curriculum piece. Years later, I find this Ibsen play is still totally on point about gender relations and the expectations of society. This attractive edition comes with a very informative introduction.

Loved it - dare I say I had not read this before.
I had not read this book before but as I have read many from this publisher, I was keen to read as she always has done a super job in so many of the other classics. Again another beautiful cover which drew me in. Wonderful 19th Century story. Very inspirational about a woman's role and life from that time. Loved it.

What an unexpected delight
I've not read this classic before and what an unexpected joy this play is. I loved the annotations added into this book and the historic context. This is a must read for avid book club discussion fans!. It covers woman's roles in society and how they had no space to think for themselves or express their own interests, conforming to what society expects and how brave Nora is at the end or does she have mental health issues? Goodness what a great book.
