I kinda dreaded putting this together– I'm not sure why. It looks like a LOT when you open the box. Everything was packaged anr labeled REALLY well, though. The instructions are fairly thorough, though the drawings are difficult to get much detail from. Honestly, it was quite easy to assemble. Just a couple different size bolts, and no nuts– everything lines up perfectly and screws into threaded holes. Very pleased with the quality and sturdiness of the build, especially at a fraction of the price the bed companies charge. The motors are quiet and operate properly. So long as they last, this bed is an excellent value.

I bought this after having a sleep number bed with an adjustable base for over ten years. I also installed adjustable bases for years, so I've seen a few. I was skeptical ordering sight unseen for the most part, especially for the price. It arrives in one big box, and it weighs a ton. So definitely get some help getting it to where you're going to set it up. Assembly took a little over an hour by myself. Directions are kind of vague, but the pictures will get you there. Space it out with the side rails on each side first, then the base pieces at the head and foot and you'll get the idea of how it goes together. I honestly think the hardest part of the whole thing was getting the sticker off the mattress retainer. Skip the frustration of trying to peel it off and use some dish soap/goo gone and the edge of a credit card. Also, test it out before you put the mattress on so you don't have to crawl under the bed to rewire anything. Like someone else said in the reviews, when you lower the head/foot without any pressure on the base, it won't go down. So just press a little bit on whichever side you're lowering. This will be remedied by the weight of the mattress. I went with a hybrid mattress and it works great with this base. It doesn't shift on the base, flexes good. The base is quiet and hasn't made so much as a squeak in the time I've had it. It doesn't have massage, but that's a useless gimmick anyway. I bought a 19' strip of leds and ran them facing down from the base so i have underbed lighting for $10. There's a ton of room under the frame for storage as well. Just watch the wiring. I zip tied it up to the frame so it's not an issue. The base is solid. I'd buy this thing 10/10 times. I couldn't be happier with it.

This bed frame has solid construction and exceeded my expectations in every respect. We needed a queen sized frame to fit inside of an existing rice bed. I was able to assemble this bed frame within the rice bed and all parts aligned precisely with no tools required. The Allen keys to fit all screws were included in the kit. If you are assembling this frame in a second story bedroom I would advise you to unpack the shipping box and carry the individual parts unless you have extra help. The shipping weight for a queen frame is 127 pounds and the box is 6.5 feet long. You won't get a better quality adjustable base for twice the price. Be prepared for several hours to unpack, study, and assemble if you are working solo. The manual provided has easy to follow instructions and the frame is marked with labels that make assembly easy to do correctly. I must take exception to the video review of the lady who gives the impression that she unpacked and assembled a king sized frame by herself before her husband came home from work. It's not complicated to assemble but it takes hours and lots of unpacking and disposal of packing materials. The end result is worth the effort if you have patience and even minimal mechanical skills.

The hardest part was the unboxing. Parts are labeled nicely and fit together easily. Instructions were pretty good. Only issue I had was when it says to glue the padding to the side of the bed? And the cover doesn’t fit nice and tight like in the image. I must have missed something there. Motors are quiet and it lifted evenly. Seems like a good value for the money.

Wow. I'm super happy with my purchase. I functions exactly as I hoped. I wake up every morning with Stiff neck pain and it hurts to get out of bed ( bone to bone arthritus). I'm relaxing in the bed in zero gravity mode until the pain subsides. Yesterday I received the Product which shipped quickly. Package was very heavy, get help as I strained my lower back moving it on a flat dolly. It was so well packaged that unpackacking it is very much a part of my time to put it together. Instructions are perfect, first I dissesmble from a very conscientious packaging job, then reassemble. Once I took each part out, step by step, it was very easy to put it together, though the whole process took me 6 hrs. The only part that stumped me at first was finding the four screws to unpackage it from box, they lay flat and are where the diagram says.I'm a 69 yr old small framed woman, so I placed the frame into my headboard footboard space after completing page 1 assembly instructions ( L shape at this point), as I knew I would have difficulty lifting it into place. I'm glad it's heavy and very well constructed. They really put most of it together for you, though assembly still requires using about 35 or so screws. You don't need any tools but what is included. I played in it that night and because my lower back was aching, I selected zero gravity on the remote. WaLa! No more pain! The zero gravity feature is Amazing. I still woke up in the morning with my usual neck pain, but using tgd remote to raise my head and neck, I can gradually get out of bed, so suffer less! I highly recommend the adjustable bed. It is better than expected and worth every cent! Also since I have a large queen oak headboard sideboard footboard configuration, I was very pleased the adjustable bed fit right inside and functioned as intended!I just had to remove the slats of my bed. So goodbye box springs, hello adjustable bed with my foam mattress on it. I love it!

Have had this for a little over a month and it’s been our best purchase of the year. No comments yet on longevity, but I will come back and update if we experience any issues. Very nice adjustments with huge range of motion! The zero gravity mode and “flat” buttons are common use in our house and we sleep with just a little of each elevation. So far, loving the value of this bed frame for the cost.

This thing is AWFUL. Had issues with the legs and stability initially, rendering it unusable for the first month of ownership as we waited for replacement legs and then more replacement legs and eventually replacement side parts (the customer service bot didn’t understand what we needed the first time or the second time, apparently). Finally, it’s put together… but wobbly and creaky. Like, a sneeze in the night and this thing is shaking and making loud noises. Customer service is responsive but is clearly AI and not a well programmed model at that - repeats themselves constantly, doesn’t understand basic issues. I submitted pictures of the legs clearly not being plum despite the floor being level (which is causing much of the instability, reasonably) and they told me that was within normal expectations of this product. Kept repeating themselves asking for videos of the squeaking and creaking and just giving me a runaround, not willing to actually help anything. Overall just DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT. Save yourself the $$ and the headache!

My first surprrise was that this all fit in a box that was as long as the width of the king size bed this supports, and not very tall or wide, so apart from the weight (> 130 lbs) it was easy to maneuver through the house to where we were setting it up. The packaging is pretty amazing; all the parts were well-packed and well-protected in this relatively compact package. The instructions were straightforward and it took a little over an hour to put it together with the tools provided. As heavy as the overall package is, each of the pieces was easy to handle; no individual piece was too heavy. All of the complex pieces (motors and moving parts) come already assembled, and you really just have to put the pieces together. It's no more complex than assembling a piece of flat-pack furniture from that big Swedish store. Once everything was assembled, there was nothing to do but put the batteries in the remote and start using the bed. No pairing the remote with the controller was needed. We set this up inside of an iron bed frame; we removed the horizontal slats at the bottom of the frame that had supported the boxsprings we no longer needed, and this adjustable bed platform fits nicely inside the frame, so we have a nice iron headboard and footboard. We did not connect the adjustable platform to the bed frame, and everything works and looks great. I had a (non-technical) question for the seller and submitted it throgh Amazon. The seller responded in less than a day with a very helpful answer, and I appreciated that there was someone who was willing and ready to help out. I got this for my father-in-law (he really likes it!), and now my wife wants one for our bed too!
