They really work
Got these for my wife as I had previously purchased two pairs for a couple of my shoes. She really likes them and like me said what an improvement in comfort over the lack of support in new shoes. Get a pair or two, you won't be disappointed.

Actually worked pretty well
These inserts gave me relief for a few weeks before my dog ate them. I would recommend.

Excellent!
I suffer from plantar fasciitis and now that I’ve gained some weight I really feel the pain at the end of the day. I’ve used other inserts and most have let me down from the get go. These feel much different, so far. I’ve had these insoles for several days now, Andy foot pain is still there, but I feel less pain at the end of the day. I don’t feel as tired and the insoles haven’t flattened. These are a high quality insole with a perfect fit in my 10.5 men’s size shoes. If you do need to cut them you can do that. The arch support is neither too high, nor too low. I don’t feel an over compensation, I just feel a relief. I am very happy with the performance of these insoles and they are a great value for the money. I highly recommend.

Not too bad
Still haven't came across what I would say is great for my feet, being flat footed and all. But it's durable.but not sure if it was the best choice if you're on your feet all day

Feeling Better
These are one of the best orthotics I've found for my foot problems. Pronation was causing too much torque on my ankle making walking painful. The Valsole orthotics have the support for my high arch that counters that problem. Relief at last! There's extra cushioning in the heel. These were easily trimmed down in the toe area to fit my shoes/feet. They are designed to give support and cushioning for people weighing up to 220 pounds. The heel is cupped at the back so your foot stays in place on the orthotic.

No better
I need high arches, it said they are high arches. They are no better if not worse than the ones in the shoes.😕

Better than the ones I got at the Ortho office.
I needed some new insoles after having my knee surger so I wouldn't be walking with those worn out insoles I got from my doctor six months ago. I was glad to see these were for hefty heffers like me. It's about time they come out with good insoles for people of size. I noticed the cup of the heel part is a bit deeper than my old ones when I was putting them in my shoes. I had to trim them down a little at the toe end to get them to fit in my shoes, but that is nothing new. These insoles were immediately comfortable when I tried them out. I don't stay on my feet very long at a time, so I didn't really have a break in period. They have proven to be comfortable and best of all, help my feet and knees from aching so bad, especially my new knee.

Adds comfort to your shoe
First off, these might be the prettiest insoles I've ever seen. The design is cool, and I love the shades of blue it uses. Do these actually work though? Depends on the purpose. Insoles are used with different goals in mind, so let's examine them...OVERPRONATIONThe box says it's "designed for plantar fasciitis and overpronation. Overpronation is when your ankle rolls inward when you put pressure on it. This insole is not stiff enough to correct overpronation. My ankle is still able to roll inward. So that's a no on that front.PLANTAR FASCIITISOne of the causes of this condition is walking on hard surfaces. This insole is nicely padded, particularly in the heel area. Adding this insole to a shoe greatly increases the comfort of that shoe. The only thing to be aware of is it will make the shoe feel tighter because of the extra padding. I generally order shoes at least a half size bigger to accommodate inserts. I lean toward a full size bigger these days since my feet have gotten pickier about being in tight spaces.ARCH SUPPORTThere is decent arch support in these, but not enough for those with high arches. I wear Superfeet inserts—the green ones designed for high arches—and are happy with those. I find these a little lacking in the arch support department. They're almost there though, so these will probably be great for most people who don't have arches as high as mine.
