Love these it's exactly the color of my skin tone, so cool looking and discreet you cannot even tell that I have it in my ear unless you come up really close. The quality of sound is great you can even put it on mega boost Megabus and it's so cool that you can control it from your phone any difficulty you have you just go to the settings it shows you everything that's going on with your headphones and you can fix whatever the issue is from there this is so cool!

These are absolutely my favorite earphones. I love that they match my skin tone and if I lose them, I can easily afford to repurchase (which I’ve done about 5 times). My only complaint is that the cord is now a type C instead of the usual usb the past 4 times. I know that outlets are progressing to type C so this isn’t a huge issue.Sound flows beautifully and has a bass boost option. Never have issues with them not connecting. Easy to set up.Highly recommend

After having tried to charge it the light stays on even after being fully charged. The left ear volume is lower than the right ear. It feels like it’s falling out when using it even after trying the different tips.

I use these daily and only need to charge on the weekends. "Be aware" helps me stay aware of what's going on in the office while still being in the zone. I do wish they stayed in my ears better when talking/chewing. But if you're sitting still you can't find a better earbud for the price!

This is my third pair. I lose them. The skin tone colors are beautiful. I got the darker ones this time. Fits great. Blends a well. Crystal clear quality. Affordable. The brand switched the charger to USB-C. I have to charge the case in my car. Luckily I have the other cases… 😉

The sound quality is great quality for the price It does fall out my ear from time to time however its very comfortable and gets the job done

Ok... first the pros... these ear buds blend in well with my skin tone. Whether I have my hair pulled back or note, most cannot tell if I even have them in my ears. Also, they are very, very comfortable and stay in place for the most part. I have done a light jog and it feels like they are going to fall out, especially if I do not put them in well enough. Neither do they make my ears sweat. One of my co-workers liked them and she said that most earbuds are uncomfortable for her. She asked me to send her the link. Additionally, they have good sound and descent base. I even have to turn them down sometimes because its too loud.Cons... They are NOT noise cancelling. They pick up all of the surrounding sound. Also, I have to damn near yell to get the person on the other end of the call or video chat to hear me. Totally not good in public settings. Also, they are a pain in the butt to take out of the case because the lid does not go far enough back. So if you have fat fingers or thick hands like an athlete or mechanic, then do not buy these earbuds.A bit of a both pro and con is that the plug for the case is built in. The con is that it is short so unless you are charging it to a laptop, its a pain in the butt because you will have to order a USB-C extender to connect it to a longer cable to have the reach you need. Otherwise, you run the risk of leaving it somewhere (out of sight, out of mind smh).

Overall, I like these earbuds They are reasonably priced and I simply signed and registered the product and they gave me some free foam tips, I also have the beats by Kim tone and I will say that earbud is more comfortable and discreet /flush with your ear and has a physical button passive mode works decent but the battery life sucks on the beats. Now back to the JLab the battery life is great I would say they last an entire 8 hr shift but not on passive mode maybe 4+ hours each bud on passive mode I honestly can’t tell much of a difference between passive mode and when it’s off other than battery drainage, and when I work a 12 I will have to switch out once I only wear 1 earbud at a time and they charge fast like 10 minutes gets me about 2 hours but this is hypothetical becauseI’ve never wear them at work at least he not to my knowledge lol but my biggest complaint is no physical buttons I have taken it off for a while and it cuts off and I have to get the case and put them back inside and then take them back out I will say they are a little tough to get out of the case, but it does have a decently strong magnet, and I don’t think they’ll fall out easily now I will see these earbuds are on the bigger side in my opinion just based off of me coming from the beats tone unfortunately, I do enjoy these earbuds. They have the USB type C underneath the case, which is great. I never have to look for the cord. I will say if that cord ever breaks, it would be nice to have a back up option just saying but overall, these are great great quality great price for the most part discreet great color options
