I don't have great teeth full stop, so decided to try and whiten them to improve my confidence a little.I have a composite filling on my front tooth after I chipped it. It's been 5 years and the colour no longer matched due to my teeth staining slightly. So I tried this product after reading reviews, left my first set on for 1 hour, followed the video guide in the listing, and initially they came out with a weird translucency but after 40 minutes and a good rinse I could see the colour difference and the composite blends alot better already. Before and after pics attached. Will continue a 7 day course.

Best whitening product I've used. So pleased with the results these strips gave me. Have tried lots of expensive at home teeth whitening products & these are by far the best. Lifted the colour of my teeth by several shades. Thrilled with the results. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

I personally thought these were really good and whilst it doesn’t work quite as well as the adverts make out (I didn’t look like I’ve gone out and got veneers) the whitening was noticeable enough that my husband could see a difference when he came home without being prompted. As he has been known to completely miss when I’ve changed my hair colour, I would say it’s a testament to its whitening capabilities.It is a little bit tricky to apply them because as soon as they touch any moisture in your mouth, they just stick and then they can wrinkle up so I did end up going through a couple while I got used to applying them but I do have quite a narrow mouth so this probably didn’t help. I applied them and left them for the full amount of time whilst I was watching TV and although they felt weird and I could feel them in my mouth, they weren’t uncomfortable or restrictive.At the end it simply says to remove the tape and swill your mouth, but I could fill the gel in my mouth so I did clean my teeth with a toothbrush and toothpaste to alleviate the horrible texture in my mouth but it didn’t taste unpleasant; just like a very thick gel.I personally do not think that it lasted very long and think you would get better results using a whitening toothpaste consistently with each teeth clean but if you wanted them to look whiter for a special occasion, then it would do the trick. I would say within a few days, I wasn’t able to notice it as much as I previously had been able to.If you are looking for a longer lasting result, then I would say you would be better going to your dentist and having a whitening treatment done but for a one off for an event or consistent use, they definitely make a difference

They work but to great results you have to use them for 7 days as recommended

They're fidley for me. Very light, and slippery to apply... difficult to apply. They kept folding in my mouth. Won't buy again. Discarded

I used these every day for an hour for a period of two weeks as recommended. The strips don’t have a strange taste and stick quite well after a minute or so and when using the mouth opener provided which seemed to be of good quality. The gel wipes off the teeth easily enough afterwards. The strips are individually packed in units of two (for upper and lower teeth), the strips are large enough to cover the teeth and seem to be well made. However I did not find that it made my teether any more white . My teeth did however seem to be slightly more shiny for a short period after but obviously this was not what I was looking for. I was optimistic about this as my teeth are not terribly yellow so I had hoped to be able to see some difference however I did not notice any difference at all. I think these were a bit disappointing overall.

Very happy with these strips, you can notice a difference after 1st use, highly recommend
