Great tape
This was my first time using tape for playing sports. I was just coming off an injury (ligament and tendon tear in my ankle) and I was advised to rest for 8 weeks from sport. 8 weeks was too long for me cause I had a league semi final to play. This tape gave me great support I also combined it with an ankle brace for more support (that's because I was playing with an injury). Great product, well worth itTIP: If putting tape for ankle support SHAVE leg hair!!! It will be the most painful thing when removing
