Worked for a while, then not so much, but company has offered to help.
Set this up at my sister's farm where there is just one bar of service. Difficult to find the direction to point the antenna--tried the website suggested and one other app which failed to detect. Instructions were very simplified and not detailed. But I tried different directions and soon had two bars (briefly three bars) and got data speed of 2Mbs rather than the complete failure in the test I had been getting. That made me so happy that I threw away the packing material, but it did not last. Afterwards, I couldn't tell any difference when the amplifier was on or off. It wasn't clear to me if I needed to register the device with Verizon, and I had not done so. I wonder if the tower decided this particular device was an unknown device (not a typical cell phone as expected or perhaps just needed to be registered with Verizon) and denied it.UPDATE: seller took the initiative to contact me and give me a full refund of the purchase price. Also offered to help me try to get it working better the next time I get back to my sister's farm. I am upgrading my rating to five stars.

WOW. 2 Bars to 5 Bars
I am very impressed with this cell phone signal booster. I was a bit overwhelmed reading about technology that I wasn't familiar with and more than a little skeptical on its effectiveness after reading all the online reviews. But wow. I live in a semi rural area and am right on the edge of the closest cell tower reception area. Before the install I had 1 - 2 bars, occasionally 3 but basically unreliable cell signal inside the house and now I have 5 solid bars. I went from seeing the buffer wheel spinning constantly to being able to stream a movie in HD start to finish. Goodbye satellite internet and my land line is getting cancelled too.So here's some notes from my install.- make sure you can receive some signal outside your house before you buy, no signal - no boost- use the recommended apps to pinpoint your nearest cell tower to know where to aim your antenna - it saves a lot of time- - I used the FindTower (iOS) app to locate the towers and to ID the frequency the cell tower is broadcasting to ensure this kit works with that frequency before I bought it.- - I registered my kit online after I received it and gained access to the SignalSupervisor app from Zorida to fine tune the best signal reception. It worked great and made fine tuning the outside antenna easy.- plan your install, the amount of cable may sound like a lot but I had just enough.- make sure you install the outdoor antenna higher than the indoor antenna, mine was about 20 feet higher when installed on the roof- make sure you have adequate horizontal distance between the outside and inside antennas, I had 30+ feet- I used an old satellite TV mount that was on the roof to mount the outdoor antenna on and it worked great.- ***MAKE SURE YOUR OUTDOOR ANTENNA AND YOUR INDOOR ANTENNA ARE NOT POINTED AT EACH OTHER**** It will kill the effectiveness of the booster and you probably won't get a boosted signal inside your house.- I used clear silicone sealant on all my outdoor cable connections after I was happy with the install to keep moisture out of the cables. I wasn't confident on the longevity of the sealing tape being exposed to the elements long term that came with the kit.- make sure the amplifier (silver box with a LCD screen) is mounted in a location that doesn't get hot. A hot attic would probably kill it eventually.- I had some signal interference with my indoor antenna after I installed everything and I cutout a piece of aluminum foil the same size and shape as the indoor antenna to shield it. It solved the problem. I taped it to the back of the antenna so you can't see it when it's mounted on the wall. Looks good.- make sure you use a lightening arrestor ($13 on Amazon) to ground the outdoor antenna- Call Zorida with any questions - they were exceptionally helpful and it was an actual tech in Houston that answered the phone. This kit works great and the best feature is I am able to use AT&T and Verizon at the same time getting excellent signal on both. And Zorida Customer Service called me on their own after I registered the kit just to make sure it was functioning properly and if I had any questions. How cool is that? The hardest part was running the lines into the house. It wasn't technical, it was just locating the the spot in the attic to run the cables into room where I installed the amplifier and the indoor antenna. That took the most time with this install but I was particular to have as clean of an install as possible.Bottom line is i really love this kit. A friend is buying the same thing after seeing how much improved the signal is now. I would highly recommend this kit to anyone that is looking to boost their cell signal inside their house. One final note. Cell tower signal quality can fluctuate for multiple reasons. I am not an electrical engineer but suffice it to say, you might not get as great a boost inside your house when the signal from the cell tower is affected. A stronger signal may affect the booster system. I had a cloudy day with low ceilings and my unboosted signal outside in the yard jumped to 4 bars for a short time. During that time my boosted signal inside the house was still good, but it wasn't 5 bars. After the weather improved, my boosted signal was back at 5 bars. Somebody else more qualified may be able to explain why. I don't know. I was still impressed on the improvement of my cell service inside the house and it was only temporary. I may find my neighbors on my front porch using their phone once they find out how good the reception is at my place now.

Life-changing ❤️ 💙
I live off grid, seven miles down a dirt road, and for the past year I only had one bar on my cell phone while at home. Just enough signal to allow me to text sometimes. Now with my new booster I can get on the internet, make video calls and watch Netflix. It was very easy to set up for just one person. The only thing I needed to complete installation was a 10 foot pole and brackets, total of 23$. This is life-changing for someone who lives off grid. All I have for electricity is a small camping solar set up but the booster takes very little power and runs all day without issue.

Cell phone service dramatically improved in my 3000 sqft house
My family has T-Mobil cell service and my work cell is AT&T. For years dropped calls and bad audio quality were daily occurrences from both service providers. After installing this system over two weeks ago, we have not had a single dropped call from either service provider so this product did an excellent job. This was a very technical installation that required me to learn a lot on YouTube and obtain advice from technical support who were incredibly responsive and helpful. I also had to go up on the roof to install outdoor antenna and rout the cable through my attic. It was a lot of work.Tips include:- Perform a temporary install first to find optimal locations for indoor and outdoor antennas. Then, figure out how to best route the cable out of sight.-I was able to route the cable in the attic which was very difficult due to tight inaccessible spaces. I bought a fiberglass cable wire running rod from amazon ($30) to help move the cable through the attic- I was able to put the indoor antenna in a closet out of site and still get a good signal through most of my house.- Put cell phones in Field Mode to see details regarding cell signal and to determine if this product amplifies your band. I sent screen shots to the support desk to ask questions, optimize the setup and determine if this product would work for my phones. The help desk was extremely helpful in walking me through the process- Use the WeBoost app to "find" the direction of nearest cell phone tower to correctly angle the outdoor antenna. It has a very convenient compass that points in the correct direction. I tried many different angles, but the app proved to be correct.- Use SignalSupervisor app to see how booster is preforming while optimizing the direction of outdoor antenna. I was outside on the roof angling the antenna while using this app to see how booster was performing. Booster was located on the ground or in the house- "Find Tower" app is fun to use to see the location of towers, but is not really required if you are using the weBoost app which tells you the correct way to point the outdoor antenna- AT&T and T-Mobil cell towers were in opposite directions so I optimized my outdoor antenna direction toward T-Mobil favoring my family's cell phone service over my work cell phone which I rarely use. I was pleasantly surprised that the booster still improved my AT&T service- The kit comes with self sealing tape and a second layer of tape that goes on top. There are no instructions that tell you what these items are or what to do with them so I learned on YouTube and from customer support that these are to be used where the outdoor antenna cable which is very short (6") attaches to the longer cable that routed through my attic. The sealing tape makes a waterproof seal over the joining cables.
