Was looking for a keyboard for my iPad which I could use sitting down on my lap. After much searching I settled on this keyboard as it has a cantilever and not a fold out stand like the Logitech and apple keyboards available for this model of iPad. It comes with a case for the iPad which magnetically attaches to the keyboard allowing you to use the iPad separately from the keyboard if need be and gives it some added protection. The keyboard itself is great and sturdy whilst sitting on your lap and tilts for various viewing angles. It is a little heavy when folded up but if you can live with that it’s the best keyboard available I think for older iPads if you want something to be sturdy whilst using your iPad on the sofa.

This is a sturdy keyboard so good protection for the iPad, you can get a lot cheaper keyboards but you get what you pay for my only negative is the warranty period of 12 months some of the lot cheaper ones are giving you 24 months so makes me suspicious of reliability TIME Will TELL

Really great design, smart and strong and easy to set up and fit.

I wasn’t sure I’d like the cantilever style floating keyboard setup but after receiving it, it’s actually pretty darn cool! It makes my iPad so much more functional and classy looking. The RGB light up keyboard with a very responsive touchpad and shortcut keys and are nice too! Strong magnets hold it firmly in place in either portrait or landscape mode with durable hinges and a thin solid cover make it super portable and protected. Even has a slot for a pencil! Not bad for the price. Finally, my iPad really feels like a traditional laptop and I couldn’t be happier!

I’ve gone through a few iPad cases, and decided to finally upgrade. This is very user friendly and sturdy. Lit keyboard makes work easy. Definitely recommended.
