I Love Monk Fruit
I have been using monk fruit extract for over a year, and I have also used every other sweetener. The two that I have settled with are monk fruit and stevia extracts (100%). The bad reviews for both of these products both have taste as issues. Both don't taste like sugar, because they are not sugar. Many people are so used to sugar that any thing different gets a bad review. If someone thinks that stevia or monk fruit tastes bad and leaves a bad review, then they are doing a disservice to other customers and to the seller of the product.- People complain about the packaging. Okay, I get it, the inner liner wasn't sealed. It is probably very difficult to get a liner to stick when the container has a powdery ingredient. The seller may be a small company with limited resources and is doing their best to offer a good product at a reasonable price.- Bad taste. Okay, but it tastes like monk fruit. I venture to say that if you equate sugar to sweet, then almost nothing else can be sweet. I like monk fruit because it adds a good taste to my yogurt, oatmeal, home made chocolates, and almost any food that I use it in. I tend to use monk fruit in food, not in drinks. Mainly, because it cost more than stevia (this product will change that as it is a very good price)- Doesn't dissolve in liquid easily. True, it does not. One of the reasons I use it in food and not liquids. But it does dissolve very well in melted cocoa butter. And, if I smoosh the little blobs against the side of the glass, then they will break up and dissolve in my tea or warm lemon juice.- Not that much. Not true. In my photo I break an 8 oz container into 4 oz mason jars, and I ended up with 6.5 jars full. That's 26 fl oz. That is so much more that a differ vendor's for just a little bit more money, and with the subscription discount, the cost is about the same. That's value.- The after taste. Yes, there is an after taste. Most things that we eat do have an after taste, but we don't notice it, because we are used to the taste. Frist time coffee, agh. After taste, yes. But, i love coffee and love the after taste. A piece of white bread. No after taste, because really no taste. Sugar. Yes, aftertaste, but we are used to it because we have eaten it our entire lives.I believe in helping the small companies, because I think that they are offering a product that they believe in. Maybe they make money, maybe they don't. Maybe, this is not a small company. I don't know, but if they are, then i am here to support them, because this is a great product. 100% Monk Fruit, great size, and even includes a little spoon. Exactly what I wanted.

Great Healthy Option for Sugar Replacement
I purchased this for my elderly mom who suffers from diabetes; it is a winner, she likes the taste and it is the healthy way to go plus I like that they have the option to subscribe and save, which is what I did. I also love that it does not contain erythritol, an ingredient known for causing strokes. The container lasts about 6 months or more depending on how much it is used. I only use it for my mom's coffee in the morning and for her oatmeal @ night. The scooper is tiny and each scoop serving is the equivalent of one teaspoon so I usually use 2-3 scoops each time.

What is a Scoop?! [Answers Below]
I ordered a 10oz container but it did not come with a scoop. Package says 1:1 ratio on the front.... I proceeded to add 1 tsp to my cup of tea for my first try. What a mistake!!! One I would like to save future buyers from. The package unhelpfully says a serving size is 0.31g. For those who don't want to math that is 1/8th of a teaspoon.1/8th tsp monkfruit = 1 tsp sugar.Making a fresh cup with the proper ratio I added only the 1/8th teaspoon. I like my tea sugar heavy (sometimes up to a Tbsp per cup). The one scoop was enough to taste the sweetness without over powering the tea. If you like lower sugar I recommend less than 1 scoop. As others have said, it is a light powdery substance. Don't put the scoop in the powder then into a cup. The top layer turns sticky and holds the remaining powder in the back. Sprinkle and then stir because physics. It smells terrible but the taste is lovely in correct proportion. That said, don't expect it to taste like granulated sugar. Just like you don't expect Agave to taste like Honey, different sources have different flavors. It does have a slight aftertaste regardless of advertising. I find it to be subtle and if you are not expecting to experience granulated white sugar it can be pleasant. I find it has a very mild minty-melon flavor just under the taste of sweetness as it finishes. There is no chalkiness, the powder dissolved well in hot liquid. I haven't tried cooking with it yet. I mostly got it for my tea habit.I will continue using it now that I know how it measures out to taste.P.S. @MorningPep, please be more clear what your serving size actually is in the future. I had to go 0.31 grams to 0.037 Tbsp <Powdered Sugar>. 0.04 Tbsp (rounded up because math) to 0.12 tsp. Which lead me to 0.125 tsp = 1/8 tsp. When you could have just said on the label the morning pep scoop = 1/8 tsp.Thank you.

It's 100% Monkfruit. All the other products at the grocery have added ingredients.
Exactly as described. Previously I had only tried Monk Fruit with added ingredients and never cared for the taste. I saw this was 100% pure Monkfruit so I tried it. I actually like the taste in my morning coffee and it has health benefits! There are a lot of servings in the container too. I think I'm hooked on this one! Thanks!

Good sugar alternative
Tastes a little bit different than sugar but does not add a bitter note if not overused. Works well in cold, warm and baked goods.

Good “Healthy “ sugar alternative.
Good alternative to sugar. A slight aftertaste, but better than any other “healthy” sugar substitute. Great value, since 1/8 teaspoon is equal to one teaspoon.

Doesn't taste like other sweeteners but still sweet and great value for the price.
