Go ahead and buy it. It's not top quality but for the price a solid pick. If you write something that you don't like, wait for the chalk to dry before trying to rub it off (otherwise you get a big smeary mess). It's Chinese modest quality and the USB converter was cracked when it arrived but the seller immediately sent me a new one and all is well. These things all come from the same manufacturer so if you see another similar product with higher or lower reviews it's just because people posted to different items...it's all the same quality.

Sign works great, markers are work nicely. Had to purchase a chain to hang sign, although I think one was supposed to come with it.Overall good product.

Worked just as advertised.

Sign arrived as described. The colors are bright, the markers work great, but the remote has given me nothing but issues. It seems like I have to reset it every single day. There were really no instructions on how to link them together, so I had to figure that out on my own. Once I figured that out, it seems that every time i turn the sign off, it unlinks the remote. A bit of a pain.

Great way to get customers attention!

There was a tiny spot in the middle of the board that shows like a bright spot of light thru it. I always try to make sure I have a color written over it to tone it down.The cord should have come straight down from the bottom instead of angled to the one side cuz of course, ever where I want to hang it, it needs to plug in on the opposite side. Also it's hard to operate with the remote because the eye on the cord has to be turned out for the remote to make "eye" contact with it. Of course it's never turned out so you have to force it stay, with tape, etc.Also the hanging chain doesn't stay in place. It keeps slipping which may end up falling off the wall some day. I hope not because it is heavy. I have it hanging over a carpeted area, not my hardwood flooring for that reason.I've been looking at these for quite a while before buying this because I thought it would look cool in our family room/bar, which it does.

This sign works really good and is the perfect size to write my daily menu on at my café. The writing erases easily without leaving residue.
