I would gladly give this product Five Stars except for the instructions. They are dismal, almost to the point of being useless, even worse, frustrating, misleading, and confusing. Fortunately, I have some experience, so I was okay, but a novice would be at a loss. A suggestion to EzaLink LLC (the provider): Ask a fluent English speaker who is a computer novice to install the two DVDs using ONLY your instructions. Take note of where and why he or she stumbles. Then rewrite the instructions accordingly. With a clear page of instructions, installing the operating system and the drivers from these two DVDs would be an easy pleasure. A note to Amazon (the "fulfiller"): When a product like this one that is small, lightweight, inexpensive in cost and to ship, is "mis-sorted" and goes astray for eight days, instead of issuing an empty, limp, unconvincing apology, why not simply ship a replacement item immediately by Next Day. I have been a Prime member forever (it seems like). This is the first time I have been truly, deeply disappointed by Amazon's lack of sensitivity.

This CD set worked flawlessly both with Windows 7 and drivers installation with my computer's OEM product key. My old hard drive on HP TouchSmart all-in-one computer died (none of the recovery options worked). I purchased a new hard drive, mounted it, and this CD set allowed me to revive the computer after I entered OEM product key (indicated on the back of the computer). After the Windows 7 installation, you have to use the drivers CD. It automatically detects all the parts that need the drivers and lets you select which one you want to install.

Had problems with disk from the start. Contacted seller and was informed that it was more of a repair and not a true install disk. I was trying to upgrade an old window vista computer to a windows 7 for our granddaughter to learn on. Went step by step on the install instructions and never made it past the compatibility check once. Wasted many hours trying this. My wife who is software test engineer gave it a couple attempts. This might work if you already have Window 7 computer but for us, a waste of time.

Very disappointed. I purchased these items for my Toshiba laptop that read no bootable disk. Insert disk and press any key, a PXE error. Anywho, the Windows 7 Recovery Repair, Reinstall, Fix DVD booted the system to Install Windows box, but when I inserted the Windows 2018 Drivers Auto-Install DVD, it will not, absolutely not, determines Not to put it in driver status. The select driver to be installed is blank. I rescan and it continues to display No device drivers were found. I don't know, surely I would have figured that it would be the correct disk, since it came as a 2 parter.

We had a power surge and I'd lost my windows original installation disks. When I put your disk in the optical drive, it was recognized and I was able to install a fresh copy of windows in no time. The drivers cd that came in your package saved me a great amount of time. A complete install of windows 7 with updated drivers was accomplished in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!

These disks saved my bacon! After installing a new hard drive, I was very frustrated to find out that the recovery disk I created would not work. The recovery disk I created from another system would not work. Curses on proprietary programming!! HP wanted $58 to send me a new OS disk and I was resigned to pay it until I saw these. The reinstall did not include all the updates to the software, of course, but it got everything started and I am so happy. As other reviews have noted, the instructions included are barely sufficient but that is a minor thing. When I got to the product key I tried twice with a fail both times, then just clicked skip. Success!!

One Cd helped me locate missing and out of date drivers on my computer. The other disk stalled and said it couldn't be used on my computer because you can't use a 64 bit with a 32 bit, even though it says on the Cd for use with 64 and 32 bit. So I only could use one. I would like to get the right one for my 32 bit Dell Latitude laptop.

Worked just as listed. My computer is now finally up and running! Thank you for the assistance. P.S: The list procedure does not work for all PCs (I just popped mine in and it worked) so make sure to call if you run into any problems. Thanks again!
