Worst products. Plastic quality is too low. Money waste zero star

I recently purchased this shoe rack on Amazon, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This shoe rack is incredibly compact, making it perfect for small spaces. I usually never go out & write a bad product review but this time, I felt I had to. I purchased this product & the quality was so bad, I can't begin to tell. The locks don't work at all. Whats the use of making such product which doesn't solve the purpose for which its actually made. I thought of returning it. Worst part is that there is no return available for this product. Only replacement. This is like cheating the customers outrightly. On the face. If there was a zero star, I would have given that. Sadly there is nothing below 1.Also, this is so disappointing for Amazon to even keep such sellers on their portal which in turn ruins their image.

Items looks good but is too low quality. the hinges are pretty weak and suitable for very light slippers.

Terrible product. The plastic was of terrible quality, broke a day after, after putting my SHOES on the top shelf. The nubs made to slide into the platforms broke off during assembly and the entire thing is wobbly. I could've gotten the same for 1/10th the price on a local weekly market.
