It does motivate me to exercise more regularly.The installation is very straightforward. I am not a tech-savvy person, and it only took me only a few minutes to figure out how to use it. It’s pretty straightforward. You do need to be barefoot so the scale can obtain all the metrics. It is standard for similar devices, too. I don’t have common sense so it took me some time to figure this out, but everything went through smoothly after that.
