This is an expensive soap, which made me hesitant, but I decided to try it over other social media famous designer brands like Le Labo and Aseop. I really like the exfoliation, which are little mircobeads. In the wintertime, my hands get so dry and cracked and this soap makes them feel soft. Unlike many other reviews, I did not have any issues with the pump. It twists to open and worked the very first time I used it. The fragrance is a light floral scent that isn't powdery like Grandma's perfume nor is it woodsy or masculine. Honestly, for the price it is a nicer upgrade from Mrs. Meyers or Compagnie de Provence (French liquid hand soap) that I normally buy. Those made my hands too dry.

I bought this because it’s pretty in my bathroom. However, I don’t love the scent and could do without the exfoliating beads. But the most annoying part was the fact that I had to watch multiple tik toks and youtube videos just to figure out how to make the pump work. Only by reading dozens of comments in the videos did I crack the code. You must take the entire pump out of the bottle. Wash the soap off of the pump so it’s not slippery. (I know, too expensive to waste, but has to be done). Next, find the notch on the tube part of the pump and hold that while turning the top of the pump. That will release the pump mechanism. Put it back together and you’re good to go. Won’t be purchasing again.

This is a great handsoap. I tend to lean to the more lux handsaops and this does not disappoint. I had no issues with the pump. The bottle looks great by any sink and the quality is great! I even tried using it as a body wash and I have to admit I'm very impressed. I will definitely purchase again .

Smells great! Exfoliates and does not dry my hands out.

Excellent choice. Fragrance, smoothness, exfoliation…..I couldn’t be happier. I will be buying more as gifts.The folks who had trouble with the pump probably overturned it when first used. You simply turn it just a bit until you can depress it.

I purchased this soap and the pump broke while trying to open it. The smell and texture of the soap was so good that I ordered a second soap. I kept the first soap thinking I would just use the replacement pump for it when it ran out of the second soap but the second pump broke too when trying to open it. Now I have two broken soap dispensers. Sad because I really like the soap. Had the pumps worked I would have given 5 stars.
