Great taste and flavour. Makes perfect miso soup in no minutes. Balanced taste. Value for money.

300g the package says. The paste is quarter bottle...320g actually with the weight of the glass bottle....disappointed. The Aka Miso seems a few teaspoons more than the Shiro Miso.

Used for the first time today and the cnoodle dish tasted very good!

Because I do not eat onion or garlic I find the miso a quick and tasty alternative to other seasonings in products such as Atta Maggi. I have bought the miso several times and enjoy it regularly. Would definitely recommend.

This is my second time buying miso and for the taste I think it's the same even when the brand was different. But I don't understand why the colour is dark when it's supposed to be pale gold. In any case, Urban platter is a brand I would always choose, because of their values. I hope to be able to get correct shiro miso next time.

I'm a big fan of Japanese food. I know very well what miso is like, but the product I ordered and received is not miso because of its color. Miso is the same color as milk tea, but this product is the color of dark chocolate. What this means is that it is either spoiled by high temperature or it is old.Nevertheless, they didn't refund it, only exchanged it for the same product. Who can eat this rancid product!
