Manufacturing defects of front wheel tyer. Problem creation after air blowing in tube..

Received a defective product, pedal rod was cracked packaging box was damaged, on display shows green colour but actually the cycle colour is black misleading the consumer..no rear air cap provided. And rear tyre was puncture when whole cycle was assembled again had to dismantle to return back. Very bad experience from Urban Terrain, Should check their products before sending it to the customer. Did not wanted to return the bicycle since no replacement was available at the time.

I am reviewing it after 1month use. No question it's best cycle at 6000rs but some gear issue I faced but after contacting customer support then, they solve it as soon as possible. But as expected that type of normal gear issues areexpected fron 6k cycle. I tell you all that. For shifting non gear to geared cycle. It is best choice. And they provide us mudguard which is necessary. But I also tell this type of cycle need high maintenance if you know to how to do it then it's for you. Riding experience super smooth. I ride it over 100km and now 1st puncture done by me with a pin. Weight is mild heavy than normal cycle. Brakes are so much effective. Wheel minor tilted but I fixed it . Those are normal issue because if you purchase this type of products at online then this types of problems are expected. Those are not seller or company issue. My opinion for this product is too good and fully satisfied. Thanks amazon for giving this amazing product at lowest cost.😘

Poor quality cycle. I was waiting to use it before writing this review. I have done maintanence of around 1500 and it has just been onw year. Seat is loose. Gears do not work, breaks are low quality. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
