It Killed One Ant
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE EDIT April 9,2025:I have been using this on and off since my initial purchase. Except for the first usage, where the ants [seemingly] showed utter disdain for the liquid ant bait flavor, it has proven to be very effective at its intended purpose. They now seem to love it. I upgraded my review to 5 star.Maybe it is an acquired taste.END OF APRIL 9, 2025 UPDATE EDITUPDATE EDIT:Sep. 11, 2024 UPDATE: Today I found ants feeding on the Liquid Ant Bait. It has been 20 days since I placed the ant bait on my window sill, with the ants showing ZERO interest - until today! (I did not add any new liquid ant bait; I left the bait stations alone for 20 days with the original ant bait that I placed in them.) Now the ants were swarming around it like it was a feeding trough. (NOTE: I did add additional fresh ant bait AFTER the ants started arriving.)The video that I shared shows the ants shortly after I noticed them. The quantity of ants increased significantly after I shot the video, but I did not record any additional video. The ants fed on it for approximately 12 hours - a constant stream of ants coming and going for a large portion of that time. The ants eventually stopped and departed - every single one - even though there was still plenty of ant bait in the bait stations. There were no dead ants around the bait stations, which I found interesting. I also found it interesting that the ants just completely stopped coming. One other noteworthy item: I placed an additional amount of ant bait on the kitchen counter (near the stream of ants) without using a bait station (thus the ant bait was in contact with the counter and the painted kitchen wall). Some of the ants veered off of the main path to feed on this additional glob of ant bait. However, after all of the ants had departed, there were approximately 20 dead ants near this new glob that I had added. So it appears that the ant bait is effective.I updated my rating from a 1 to a 3. I just wish the ant bait had a more appealing flavor so the ants would be quickly drawn to it and gorge themselves. I believe that would make the product more effective. One more note: The product manufacturer contacted me, stating that they would like to address any issues or concerns - that customer satisfaction was important to them. I did not respond, but I did appreciate them reaching out to me. Thank you.END OF UPDATE EDITI had a great opportunity to try this product today. I have had ants [intermittently] for a while now, so I ordered this Liquid Ant Bait. It arrived yesterday. This morning when I went to my kitchen, there were thousands of ants feasting on some banana bread and muffins that were in unsealed packaging from the manufacturer. After removing the banana bread and muffins, I put a little of this Liquid Ant Bait in two of the Bait Stations, positioned them very close to where the stream of ants was coming in (the wall outlet), and even brushed a number of ants into one of the Bait Stations (to help give them a taste). I left the 2 Bait Stations out for quite some time while there were still many ants roaming around, searching for lost pastries. The ants just basically ignored the Liquid Ant Bait. Even the ants that I forced into the Bait Station departed - along with every other ant in the kitchen - without so much as a second glance. Apparently, the ants did not find the Liquid Ant Bait to be nearly as delicious as the banana bread. I did, however, see one dead ant in the liquid ant bait. I think it most likely drowned when I pushed it and its friends into the Bait Station.I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL. I think it only killed one ant - probably by drowning.

Good product that is effective.
It works rather well. I placed the product in my living room where the ants were coming and slowly I saw a decrease in the number of ants.

Easy to assemble- looks effective
Used this item in the winter so we will see how it works when it is ant season. So far, it was easy to assemble and looks like it will be a great thing to add to my kitchen that is usually infested in the summer months.

Amazing results in 24 hours, easy clean up, great value
I tried to order the Terro bait as usual, but for some reason it can no longer be shipped to California, so I tried this product.Within hours there were hundreds of ants feasting on the bait. I thought most were dead since they seemed motionless and were kind of lined up in a ring around the bait. But the next day, there were zero ants, so I removed the bait stations, and I have not seen an ant in two weeks.Compared to Terro, where the ants seemed to keep reappearing over some weeks, and you have to leave the bait stations around all the time. Finally, the bait is easy to wash out of the bait stations whihc can be reused. I think I used may 1/30th of the bait that comes in a little bottle.

Ant Food
The liquid bait is extremely runny like water, runs right out of the bait stations. More importantly, this bait does not work at all. The ants are having a party over here, totally unbothered by the "poison" that I keep refilling. Over a week later they are swarming the bait station but their numbers have not decreased. I would more accurately describe this as "ant food" cause they really seem to love it!

Effective Ant Control – Noticed a Big Difference in Just One Week!
I started using the Catchmaster DefiANT Liquid Ant Bait after spotting ants in my kitchen, and I’m honestly impressed. It was super easy to assemble just fill the bait stations and place them where you've seen ants. Within the first few days, I noticed a clear reduction in activity, and by the end of the week, the ants were almost completely gone. The bait targets the queen, which helps get rid of the entire colony, not just the ones you see. The stations are small, reusable, and easy to tuck away, but definitely keep them out of reach of children and pets, as the label recommends. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and would recommend it to anyone dealing with an ant problem!

If you need a quick solution, this isn't it.
I'm having difficulty accurately rating this item. I placed a bait station in one room where I usually see ants, but it hasn't attracted any so far. In another room, I set up a different bait trap, and that one worked well. However, I can't determine if there's been a decrease in the ant population yet, as it's still too early to tell. The assembly and setup of the bait stations were easy. One concern I have is that the liquid hardens over time, so I'm uncertain if it remains effective against the ants. The box included only basic instructions, and I wish it provided more details about how these traps work and when to add more liquid.

Not ant friendly.
Amazing stuff. I didn't know I had so many different varieties of ants. One group down and another variety showed up ... until they didn't. Simple to use. I hope God is not an ant or I'm in trouble.
