PHILIPS Ujjwal Plus Rechargeable LED Lantern (Dark Blue) Pack of 1

I've not yet used the Ujjwal Plus lantern extensively yet, but from my brief usage, it is all good. Brightness is sufficient for decent size rooms. But it is not too much, so it might be a good idea to go for this one rather than the smaller variant, especially if the offer is good (which was the case when I bought), unless one is OK with lower brightness. The size is not very small, just a little bigger than a usual one liter packaged water bottle. It can be kept on a flat surface or suspended from a hook.One minor issue is that the base is not perfect flat, so when kept on a flat surface, it wobbles a bit, but does not fall. Maybe that is just specific to the particular product I received.There is only one level of brightness - it can't be adjusted. I wish there was an option to set the brightness low, because sometimes I don't need the full brightness, but just a little bit and save battery charge.Overall, good product. This is a good product having a better brightness and having a good battery life and also it is light weight so I suggest go for it

This lantern is pretty good for home use especially when there's a power outage. I have been using this since a month in my kitchen and study room. The brightness is really good anf battery backup is as given in the product description. Build quality is good though its plastic body. The adapter cable could have been a bit sturdy. Overall, a worthy product at this price. Go for it.

I have buy this item before one yer in Delhi that was so nyc battery backup was also good but I buy this item on Amazon better backup is not good I became very sad why I buy this item online I will never buy once again any kind of electronic items on online

Brightness is good. Light weight.Since we wanted a hanging one, we bought this. The problem is, when it is hung, the bottom holder of the lamp actually blocks a greater portion of light hence u cannot hang it.All the lights of this type will have this defect!

Brightness was mentioned to be 350 luminous, but when tested in real darkness the brightness was very average.My purchase was intended to use it in construction site,. Weight of product is light weight, brightness is average not very good. The worst part is the charging cable is not charging the lamp due to poor contact. Tried charging by tight holding the charger against the lamp which then started charging but it was not a hands free charging !!!I don't know about battery life.I am hereby returning the product as it's not in usable state due to charger issue.
