Bought for a recreational area in work. Good quality and hard wearing. They look lovely.

I see most reviews rate these chairs for their looks, but some then go on to moan about the lack of comfort they provide. I just fell asleep on one of mine, so I'd say the comfort issue was non-existent for me: certainly, the seat is very firm, but that's a plus for some people. The various back and side cushions are decently plump and comfortable enough. On the looks side of things: the velvet fabric looks great and the over-sized width of the chair lends a lavish, stylish grandness to proceedings. I can't fault their looks (I went for the emerald green ones, which are quite striking). The really big plus about these chairs is the ease with which they are put together. The first time we did it, I think we took 40 minutes; by the time we were building the second one, it took only 20 minutes max. All screws and bolts are provided, nicely coded and impossible to confuse. An allen key is included. Be warned, however, that when you fix the back legs, a powered drill with a Phillips bit is pretty essential: no pre-drilled holes were evident on the two chairs we bought and I'd have hated to screw in the six screws required by hand! Other than that, it was trivially simple. We bought one chair to start with, just in case it was as uncomfortable and awkward as one or two reviews hinted they might be; we bought a second one the next day, because it wasn't at all. They're thoroughly recommended, in other words.

Order arrived on time. Easy to assemble. It took about an hour. Looks great in our new extension. Good quality for the money. As an occasional sofa it’s just ideal.

I bought this for Christmas.The colour is beautiful.Easy to set up, very heavy.It is not comfortable, very very firm at first, but as time has gone by it is starting to lose its firmness.The back cushion is not the best quality, nor is the side cushion.It's a good height.It's not worth the price.I would say £80 for this item.

The item is exactly as described—perfectly well and very comfortable. However, I am extremely disappointed with the delivery experience. I clearly stated in my delivery instructions that I would need assistance bringing the item to my room (Room 4 on the first floor).Despite this, the delivery person dropped the item at the entrance of the main door and left without notifying me or following the instructions. This behavior is highly unprofessional. It was very stressful and difficult for me to carry the item to my room, and I had to seek help from a passerby.This poor service overshadowed an otherwise good purchase. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

The Item is not "Soft and Bouncy" It's harder than a rock. The cushions are complete trash foam. Huge gap between the back of the seat cushion and back support about 20cm wide that runs the whole length of the sofa and is covered by a piece of fabric. The back support is so short and low from the seat you literally can't lean back on the sofa as it will break your back.
