Product Quality
So Overall the product meets the description but there are some things due to which I am giving it a 3 Star Rating:1) When I received the product the top plastic cover was cracked and bulging2) The ladder is not balanced and shakes a little which means it was not properly checked by vendor before sending3) The top plastic step says it can take a load of upto 150kg but when I climb on it it flexesI did keep the ladder because I am avoiding contact due to COVID Situation but the product is not as good as it seems. At best it is an average ladder

Cancel the product and return my money to the account
The ladder is of very poor low quality and finish.As said in the advertisement the Alluminium ladder it is made of Mild steel pipes and only the foot steps are of thin guage aluminium sheet.The joints are of low grade plastic material which are found cracked and broken on joints and bends.Also safety lock is only a fibre belt.The ladder is incapable to carry 100 kgs for a longer period.

Product Parasnath Maple 5 Step Light Weight Aluminium Step Ladder 5.2 Ft Heavy Duty Folding Ladder, is heavy duty & sturdy. The side locking is of some fabric material & not of metal locking. Plastic top should be replaced with the metal plate.

Happy and Satisfied with the Product
I had earlier used a locally purchased aluminum ladder from my city. The commonly faced issues are weak plastic foot grips which break off (infact mine broke off within a year). This ladder is sturdy, heavy and has been well engineered. It has a unique folding stick on clamp. Also the top platform is of rigid plastic unlike my previous ladder which was of thin gauge aluminum. Steps are sturdy and also has a safety strap on either sides. Well packed and quality checked before dispatch. Overall a good product. Used it with a loading of 100 kg
