Stay-on Scratch Mitts for Itchy Toddlers & Pre-School Children | Cream/Cappuccino

2 year old daughter has bad eczema on wrists. Was skeptical as to whether she would tolerate these as she hates gloves etc but she hasn’t complained about wearing these at all. I think it’s soft and loose enough around the hand to not restrict movement. Has definitely been a lifesaver in terms of stopping her scratching at night and I’ve just bought another so we have one while one is in the wash. Soft cotton and silk- simple but effective.

Bought for my five year old who has severe eczema, these are fantastic as he also has ASD and does not understand all verbal communication, including why not to scratch! He was a little apprehensive at first but after the first 5 minutes he carried on playing as normal. The material is lovely, especially the silk mits and he has never appeared restricted. The product has worked wonders and now he hardly scratches allowing his skin to heal. A second one was purchased to put under his very thin onesie at night (please be aware it is like having a second layer on and does keep them warm that little bit extra)

This is such a fantastic product. My child would often wake up and have scratched until blood runs down their arms. This product is such a relief we don’t have to worry about listening out for scratching. We put under the pj’s to make it harder to remove.

I needed this as everything I tried failed at stopping my daughter from scratching her skin, sometimes until it bleed. She has spots on her arms and legs which are trying to heal but when a scab forms it becomes itchy. She will itch mostly at night I guess because her mind is not on other things. The first night, no problems but the second it came off. I found if you use this under a sleeveless top it can be pulled off so I have started to put her in a long sleeve top to stop this from happening. I ordered the 4-5, she is in the middle but the sleeves were far too long for her. She has to wear them though as I need her skin to heal without the temptation of picking the scabs off her healing spots. I do recommend this product if you are stuck as to what to do with your child scratching. This has stopped her scratching her legs also because of the mitts, the nails can't scratch the scabs off.

Bought it to stop my 3 year old scratching her wrists. I thought the photo was worth including as sizing online can be difficult. My daughter is 100cm tall and we bought the 3-4 age range and it has growing room. We place it under a short sleeved top at night and it doesn't bother her. Worth the money.

Good product, bought size 2-3 for my almost 2 year old but was too big so ended up ordering 12-18 months which was still a bit big. Maybe I have small children but it does the job and helps stop scratching and better nights sleep!

For the father of an allergy child these are a godsend. My son has complex allergies which results in him scratching and infecting his eczema. When I found these he was in the middle of a major flair and we'd wake to find him ripping himself apart. The sleeves are well made and the silk ends are soft enough that they have helped grant him some relief. In fact these were such a success that we ordered more of them.
