I use it on level 5 as I want to feel the full effect, the only thing I would say is that the metal balls are a bit too big to reach small areas, it would probably be a better machine if they were half the size as they are huge so a bit difficult to navigate running it all over the face. But for the price it’s good.

works very well, strong EMS current, meaning it actually moves your facial muscles, which is what you need to tighten and lift you skin, sagging facial skin is occurs in part due to the weakening of muscles under the skin as we age which is why you want to actually exercise your facial muscles. If you don't feel your facial muscles twitching and moving, the product doesn't have EMS currents. so this product definitely has EMS current. Also, with this device I notice the EMS works best when you put some sort of wet moisturizing cream or lotion on the 2 medal prongs.. it works perfectly when you do it that way. Also make sure you let it charge for the 3 hours suggested. seems to work best when it's fully charged. I feel it's really great for the price. Before I purchased this product, I purchased another product on Amazon for $10 bucks more than this one and the product claimee to have EMS current, and it literally had no EMS current. it was basically a vibrator lol, guess I'll keep that one as a sex toy lol .. Its called MCSYPOAL, please don't waste your money on that one. But this one here works well.. and great price

I have used several of these different types of face microcurrents myself. This one is different in the fact that it vibrates so hard. I can feel it in my teeth. It doesn’t do anything for my skin because it’s too painful to use. I have been to the dentist and there’s nothing wrong with my teeth. I believe there may be a short in this product somewhere, as it is also hard to charge up. Not happy. I contacted the seller, but I did not get a response back.

It's too strong!! Setting 1 + 2 twitched my face so much, it looked like I was having a seizure! I could also feel it in my teeth. It should come with a mouth guard. Setting 5, you could probably use it as a taser. Cute but I returned it. It's too strong for me.
