These types of items are hard to tell if they work well or at all. They are easy to swallow, no weird smell, and the idea that I might be preventing or restoring some bone density before I have any issues is comforting. Will continue using.

This is a nice complex of nutrients. Because of the name, I was expecting Calcium to have the highest percentage of daily value, but it was only 77%. The largest percentage of daily value in these tablets belongs to Vitamin A and Magnesium Oxide. While it still offers a good mix, you have to take 3 large tablets daily.

These vitamins are a great supplement for bone and joint health. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to take care of their health!

Quality ingredients, easy to swallow - the product is good if you need a little help to support your body. Little disadvantage - need to take several times per day so I always forget about one of them.

The OsteoVit 5-in-1 tabs are a fantastic product. They are an extremely easy way to get not only calcium but Magnesium and Vitamin A & D as well. You are supposed to take one tablet three times a day which is great because you can take one with every meal. Also it splits up your vitamin absorption throughout the day so you don't feel any lulls.

I started taking it just a couple of days ago and already noticed less stiffness in my joints and overall feeling better. Curious to see the long-term results, but so far I’m really happy with it
