Perfect for Plastic Repairs – Quick, Strong, and Easy to Use!
I used Loctite Super Glue All Plastics to fix my broken headphones (which had been out of use for over 7 months), and it worked incredibly well. This product brought them back to life, and the repair has held up perfectly ever since.

An effective glue where other plastic glues fail
I was very glad to have found the product. You can successfully mend plastics (including toys with some flexibility) where simple super-glue just doesn't work. Its a two-part process, so you can't rush it - do read the instructions(!!!). The only criticism I have is that its very easy to leave traces of the main glue on the nozzle. That sticks the cap on firm and you'll never get it off. The remaining glue is then wasted. To be fair, it is in the instructions to wipe the nozzle clean, but if you're holding two broken bits together while trying not to glue on your fingers (thin rubber gloves maybe?), remembering to wipe the nozzle and put the glue tube cap back on isn't a priority. Perhaps doing this before holding the pieces to be glued together is the right approach..but its hard to remember to do all these things .. Anyway, its a great product, just take care!

Good for repairing plastic bumpers
Worked very well for fixing a broken bumper. Use a sharp pointy device to break the seal on the glue. Wear surgical type gloves.

No use for cracks & beware instant stick !
Needed to repair a crack in a washing machine door (white plastic frame around porthole window). Instructions = apply activator to both surfaces 1st. Activator is applied with supplied felt-tip applicator (like a felt-tip pen). Cant get a thick felt tip between a hairline crack ! Decided to stick a plastic patch over the crack, so did a test piece between two pieces of plastic (same material as intended patch). Cleaned surfaces with Nail Varnish Remover. Virtually impossible to see if the clear Activator is present on test piece or not, just had to keep rubbing felt tip back and forth and hope ! Applied the actual glue as instructed. The following day (about 24 hours later) I was able to pull the two pieces of plastic apart with very little effort ! I'd already started the patch-repair (going to be two pieces as crack crosses an angled surface). Next day did the 2nd patch. As soon as patch touched door rim- instant stick (coulldn't fine tune the position so use requires very acurate placement before components touch.. I don't know yet if the repair will be a success. Time will tell.

Excellent stuff - saved me a heap of cash!!!!
I have used the Loctite Super Plastix many times and it has never failed to deliver. With just one of these uses it saved me nearly £30.00. How? Well, a plastic part inside my VCR (yes, I still have one of those!) broke which meant it would not rewind or fast-forward tapes. Checking out the part online for availability/price, I found it was only available from the U.S. and in total would have cost me about £30 delivered (perhaps more, if subjected to customs charges). As I am able to do my own repairs on such things, I did not have to factor in labour charges, but I won't even hazard a guess as to what the real total figure could have reached otherwise!!!I decided to try and glue the part using this stuff, but to be honest I was skeptical it would work. Even if it did, I thought it wouldn't last as the part that broke off is quite small and is constantly under pressure from a very powerful spring.I followed the instructions to the letter, glued the part back and reassembled the VCR's mechanism. I tested rewind/fast-forward and so far so good. We don't use the VCR much, so even if only lasted a few weeks/months it would have been better than expected. That was over 2 years ago!!! Rewind/FF on the VCR is still going strong. It seemed to 'melt' then 're-harden' the two pieces at the join, making it as good as-new.Amazing stuff for gluing most types of plastic - can't recommend it enough, but to get good results make sure you follow the instructions verbatim.

Very good but very small
It wouldn’t stick the first time, but I left it for longer (an hour ish) the second time to dry and it worked great. It is good but very small so I used it all at once
