Everything worked as described
I received the shipment on time. I plugged the device into my car and was able to reset the oil change fault just by following the steps on youtube. If your car is no longer under warranty and you are getting your oil changed from someone other than the dealer or doing it yourself this makes resetting the warning lights simple to do.

Don't expect Tech Support!
What ever you do, do not try to make a new key fob. The Tech support is non-existent. Other than that, it works fine and does what is says. As I tried to program a fob for my Range Rover, it re-programmed the car computer and even the key that worked was wiped out. I was without a car for 3 weeks. Finally had to buy an AUTEL professional key tool, unplug the battery and re-program everything.

This one works
This was the second code reader I purchased from these guys. The first one did not work on my 2014 panamera. That one was a por2. This one did work and cleared the oil change light.

Doesn't reset battery in Porsche Macan
Bought this to do a battery reset in my Porsche Macan. It did not work and it's a known problem which I wasn't aware of before my purchase. Other than that issue, everything else seems to work ok.

Easy to use and powerful diagnostic tool
iCarsoft obd scan tools will literally save you hundreds if not even thousands of dollars over the life of your vehicle. You can resolve many issues with it yourself, but if you need the dealer to repair something beyond your pay grade or comfort level, you can go in knowing in advance what needs to be done.This knowledge is power when dealing with a overly enthusiastic service writer who may be looking to do more than is necessary to repair your vehicle.

It works, it’s also awfully badly designed
Good news: it reset the warning light I wanted to reset. Bad news: it took probably 5 times longer than it should have. Terrible user interface, couldn’t look up the VIN number via manual entry, it took a few tries to determine the vehicle model, but I eventually hit enough buttons to get it to work. Frustrating to use, but that seems to be the standard for these devices. Just know you might have to take some time with it.

2006 Range Rover 4.2 SC
So far so good.No other scanner worked.This one got ALL. The codes. And I mean, like every single code you can think of. This thing picked up ALL sensors.Have not tried the bidirectional yet. But it did everything else. So I imagine I can.
