Fun for Grandkids (not to mention Grandmas)
This is a high tech version of the little black cardboard pads with clear plastic sheets I played with as a child, and that I bought for my own kids in the 80s and 90s. On those, you would write on the plastic sheet with the provided stylus. When you were done with your game or artwork, you’d lift the plastic sheet and voila’--you could start over again. This works the same way–only instead of lifting a plastic sheet, you press a button to start over, and instead of a solid black line, this has neat colors that appear as you write or draw. I like the quality and size (20 inches!) of this screen. It’s perfect for occupying grandkids of just about any age; spelling and math might even be fun if practiced on this unit. Hey—I even enjoyed playing with it. (*The photo with the “Continuous Line” art is actually my work.) :-) Unlike those magnetic sheet pads of old, the kids can actually save their work; there is a button to do that. You can use either end of the provided styluses for a thinner or heavier line. There are two styluses, which means two people can play a game such as tic-tac-toe with each other. If I have any wish-list about this toy, it’s that it would be good if a charger were included. If it was supposed to be a charger, the one I got was missing it? Fortunately, we have a lot of “C” chargers laying around. That being said, the unit charged very quickly when plugged in.

works great
this LCD writing tablet is a double the size of what i already got and this one bigger gives me more space to write notes when taking a phone call and my list for grocery shopping. easy to use. well made. good quality. writes well and comes with additional pen. one thing that bother me is that when is not charged it wouldn't work. my small i been using it for more than a year and still works great. so i am not sure if this tablet is a good idea to make as a rechargeable one. other than that i am satisfied with the product. great value and exactly as pictured.

Poor built quality - missing screw, rumpled face
I've had a lot of similar drawing tablets. They're great for my kids to use for things like doing math problems and keeping track of scores. Usually they come in two sizes. This one is another whole scale up from the usual big ones. That size boost can be really nice. When you write on one of these things, the line is thick as Sharpie, not pencil sized, so it takes more space to write the same thing. This one comes with two styluses, and an attached cloth loop to hang them from. The back is smooth and slick, which is nice if you want to use it for a mouse pad or put paper on it to write. There is a lock switch on the side to prevent accidental erasure. Most of these things have a half life of about a year, but what usually fails first is the battery compartment. This one is USB, so hopefully that will help, and type-C, so no more fiddling with a four dimensional USB cord!On the negative side, I get the feeling they just scaled up their files from one of the smaller ones, because some of the tolerances seem off. The screen is actually a thin sheet of something over a firm backing with a frame over the top. Mine arrived with one broken screw guide for the frame, so it is extra floppy, but I think even when that's sitting flush, the screen has enough room to ripple a bit. Still works fine, but makes it seem cheap. It's already got a piece of grit stuck behind it that leaves a lump in the sceen, and apparently the backing is just a giant thick sticker over all the screws, so it's going to be unpleasant to take apart.

Pretty Huge but Fun
So much fun! Great for those kids that are still learning to stay on the paper because of its size they end up all over the place. It erases well and locks so the screen doesn’t keep drawing when traveling etc. it has fun multicolor and two stylus’s in case one gets lost. Great for quiet time.

Boy this is big compare to the old one.
This is huge compared to the old one. I hade to charge it when it arrived and it took hours to charge. Since then it has been in use non stop with out issue. I love that its USB c instead of battery. No more trying to find the battery in the drawer of mystery. The screen is responsive and resets every time. No complaints from the kids. Over all a good find.
