Their time clocks are user-friendly and straightforward to set up—even for someone like me who isn’t tech-savvy. While I initially found the setup a bit challenging, the company’s outstanding customer support has always made the process smooth. Today, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Joseph, a fantastic representative who walked me through every step with patience and expertise. His help was invaluable, and I truly appreciate his dedication to ensuring everything worked perfectly. This has to be the worst time clock for reporting. Observe the image that shows the computer screen. That's the most you get. You can view punches a single day at a time, in military time. And see if you can figure out the math! That photo is actually what you get!! You cannot view a weekly timesheet, but you can export it to CSV. Even if you pre-set start and end times as well as an automatic lunch deduction, it figures the math incorrectly. The hardware is pretty cool with the fingerprint and facial recognition features, but it unfortunately does absolutely no good if you can't get a report out of it. Oh - and the item is now unavailable from the seller.

Great Product! Exceptional customer support with James!

Had a bit of an issue with the user interface. When I called CS I spoke to James and he assisted me with my issue. He answered all of my questions and I feel better about using the unit now.

The timeclock works well, easy to enter new staff, facial recognition works every time but the attendance software is not as good as the Time and Attendance clock we had previously. I did not go with them because I wanted the facial recognition. The prior machine had an actual attendance report for each employee and I entered the start date of the payroll and never entered a date again - this program sends all of the data to excel for you to sort and filter yourself. I preferred for it to be done for me. The instruction for setting up the time clock was easy but setting up the timesheet, schedules and shift was difficult with little instruction - One saving grace is their fabulous support team - I have spoken to several in the past 2 months, most recently Joseph, he was pleasant, knowledgable and sooo helpful!

James was extremely helpful in getting us set up. He called right back and helped me through the entire process. The time clock is working well with no problems.

Pros: very well thought in terms of needs an use of the time clock in real life scenario. Such as online access from any where. Online user creation and related maintenances. Good price. Cons: User interface does take an effort to learn through and for unexperienced user it's overwhelming. It can be little simplified. Also, the quality of the device is okay. The buttons and figure print reader quality needs to be improved as it will be used the most.

Clock completely shut down twice now, only about 6 months old. First time it rebooted it wont let admin access it had to call support to get it rebooted remotely by them. Just shut down again a couple weeks later. Says Admin "access denied" even though admin acess is set up online. Will need to retrieve it from site and have to get it rebooted again. Which means manual sign ins for a few days. Defeats the purpose of remote access as payroll is off site.
