It's real vanilla.
This is yummy. Price is good. It DOES have sugar - a tablespoon has eight grams of sugar. I would prefer that they thicken it with glycerin but it's still a good product and to add vanilla taste only requires a teaspoon.

My vanilla paste finally arrived!! It was sealed good, no damage or leakage. I really like this vanilla bean paste, the flavor and thickness is great. It took my cookies to another level, the vanilla came through really well and you could smell and taste the vanilla.

Not real bean paste
This is not pure vanilla paste, it's just thickened extract with a little bit of bean paste mixed in. It's not what is advertised. It looks slimy, smells bitter, and the flavor is weak.

Not pure vanilla
This is my second bottle of this vanilla. Upon checking the ingredients I discovered it is not pure vanilla. It has sugar, a thickener and other things in there. I have bought other vanilla pastes and they did not have these extra ingredients.

Worth the money others like it was very expensive. Vanilla Patse has a richer flavor than regular vanilla flavoring
