We like these supplements . They are good quality and easy to swallow. We take them for quite a while now and seems like it’s making a difference.

I've bought this product several times as it is easy to swallow and appears to be of good quality. Vitamin D is an important vitamin, and being vegan this is a good source of D3. In the British climate I'm never sure if I get enough and it's always recommended to take a supplement. I've been taking the tablets daily as suggested but as I don't know if I'm deficient or not I can't say it has made me feel any different. I just hope it is worth the money.

It's always hard to say whether D3 tablets are working unless you have blood tests at monthly intervals, however I can say a little about the physical aspects. The container is as shown, and dosages are consistent (which seems to be an issue for some brands). One difference is the tablet size which appear smaller compared to the image (or perhaps a larger container). Either way, I think it's best as the container is already small and the tablets large enough. Adding extra bulking agent seems unnecessary and potentially problematic for those who struggle to swallow tablets. I really didn't want to count the tablets, so weighing and rounding the total package (61.7g) on a 2-decimal scale, container (24.5g), and tablet (0.1g) gives 372 tablets - which meets, if not slightly exceeds, the advertised amount; great. If like me you want to hit around the recommended 400IU while aiming for a vegan product, you can take D3 on alternating days (for 1000IU) to a similar affect. I personally choose 1000IU because dosing at larger intervals can theoretically lead to 'dips' in D3, but more importantly I'm simply likely to forget if taking my tablet is too far apart or every day! Easy to take tablets. I would think you would need to do before and after test to calculate how effective they are.

A whole year’s supply of these vitamin D capsules! How good is that? And they’re making a difference because all blood tests that I’ve had since being flagged up with low vit D two years ago are all normal. Very happy.

These pills are so tiny, perfect if you have to take them alongside other pills. No taste either.

Excellent product

This is a vegan vitamin D pill. It's super tiny and easy to swallow. It contains 1,000 IU of vitamin D per pill (365 of them for a 1-year supply), and this dose should be sufficient for any adult concerned about not getting enough dietary vitamin D or natural vitamin D production from sun exposure. I have had low blood levels of vitamin D for a long time, and D2 never got my levels up, but it was the only vegan version of D that I could access until recently. Vitamin D3 is the version of D that is easy for the body to absorb, so it is recommended over D2, and now that it comes in a vegan form (derived from algae, I believe), it's all I use. My vitamin D levels are no longer a problem. I sometimes take twice the dose in the winter months, but when my D levels are good, I have found the 1,000 IU to be enough.

Me parece una muy buena opción por precio y calidad. Tienes para todo un año de tratamiento. Las pastillas son de un tamaño que son muy fáciles de tragar y sin ningún sabor. Lo único que cambiaría es que el bote en el que vienen es de plástico en vez de vidrio.
