The sound quality is excellent for the price and for this type of earbuds, with a strong Bluetooth connection, solid battery life, and a surprisingly premium build. It’s worth noting that these aren’t designed for full noise cancellation, so buyers shouldn’t expect that. They serve a different purpose, and it helps to understand what they’re built for before purchasing—rather than later complaining about noise cancellation or bass levels. Personally, I’m truly enjoying my Air5’s. On top of that, the SoundPeats UAE store on Amazon impressed me with their customer service. My first pair arrived faulty, but their team immediately assisted with the return and refund. I reordered, and this second set has been performing flawlessly ever since (touchwood!).

Cons: 1.Lid build quality is poor and makes little sound while opening. So recommended to use a cover for the case. Previously i'm using Apple airpods 2 and Samsung buds FE...Comparing with these two, Soundpeats air5 works awesome.

The left ear pod was making a weird noise each time it connected to the Bluetooth, and after only one week, it stopped working completely. And when I contacted the support, they gave some general advice, but it never worked again.

Overall performance of this earpod is top notch and the soundpeats customer service are simply the best. 8 months of using and I had an issue with my left earpod, I left then an email it was changed within a week without any charges.

Jak na razie jestem pozytywnie zaskoczony. Można je ustawić bardzo cicho i nie słychać brzęczenia i brumienia. W porównaniu do moich poprzednich słuchawek jest duża różnica. Nie wiem jeszcze jak z wytrzymałością ale sprawdzę. Poprzednie wybrałem dwa razy, raz same słuchawki a drugi raz razem z pokrowcem ale mimo to dźwięk nie był bardziej czysty. Może to kwestia proszku do prania bo prałem w proszku do kolorowych a słuchawki czarne....

Here we have a pair of fantastic quality bluetooth earbuds that still allow me to take calls without blocking out the outside world and sitting very comfortably in my ears. The sound quality is not impaired by outside noise with the phonecall handling being very sharp and clear which is ideal for driving use. Once you've mastered the touch operation then you don't have to even touch your phone. Fantastic quality at a great price.

I am in love with this headphone!!! It has a very good sound quality with strong bass😍 The earbuds are magnetic so, we wont get irritated by those wires when we are not using it. It has a good range of bluetooth and charge remains for about 10 hours after full charging it. Over all its a very good product in very low price!!!!

I was expecting to send these straight back as they only cost just over £22 on black Friday, however, I will be keeping them. I paired them and started listening to Dolby quality music and the sound was brilliant for the price. Well done again Soundpeats. Yes, I have better quality earpods with better sound, but these pods are very acceptable, and I have to say, the best in ear fit of all that I own. They are also the smallest but have a massive 8 hours of battery life on one charge, and 30 hours total playback time using the charging dock. Well made earpods but the charging dock is not so good as it won't stand properly in the upright position: I have to keep it on its back. Not a big problem. I mention it because it's the only negative thing I have found!! I would recommend this product for its great value and build quality, with very acceptable sound quality in all ranges.
