This is a brilliant kit for any mum that's starting to pump. It's so hard to know if the pump is the right size and this kit really helps! I also love that it comes with the hot/cold compress as this is so helpful for helping to get milk flowing but also helps with sore boobs or mastitis.

- essential kit for breast feeding mums as it has 5 sizes (13/15/17/19/21mm) of flange inserts and a silicone nipple flange measurement tool - the flange inserts can fit most 24mm sized flanges which is great as a lot of breast pumps come in standard 24mm size - the flanges are made of silicone and can easily be cleaned and sterilised - it also include 2 breast therapy cooling/heating packs which can help reduce blocked ducts/mastitis - these packs have little gel beads which i feel is more suited to cooling rather than heating. i tried to heat one in the microwave but unfortunately has burst even though it was on for 15secs on a low power - the packs come with fabric covers which is good as it protects the skin - the silicone nipple ruler is great as it provides an accurate measurement with clear markings so you can find the perfect flange size - its a great value kit - definitely one to have for your breastfeeding journey

Seems a good set, it has a silicone measuring ruler, so ideal to see what size is best. It has 10 flanges of different sizes and also a shaped breast pads that can be heated or cooled in the freezer. I'm sure my daughter in law will find this set very handy when she is a nursing mummy very soon. 5/5 as everything you need to go with your breast pump to make life easier for new mummies.

Cuscinetti contenenti delle piccole sfere in gel usabili sia per curare le infiammazioni del seno (se congelati) sia per facilitare la fuoriuscita di latte (se messi in microonde). Ogni cuscinetto ha una fodera di tessuto sintetico che permette di utilizzarlo senza tenerlo a contatto diretto col seno. A differenza di altri prodotti che richiedono di stare in congelatore qualche ora, per questo prodotto sono sufficienti 30 minuti a raffreddarsi (attenzione a lasciarli troppo in freezer, altrimenti diventano completamente congelati e poco flessibili, dunque difficili da utilizzare). I tempi di riscaldamento invece sono in linea con la concorrenza, raggiungendo la giusta tempratura in 20-30 secondi (dipende dalla potenza del vostro microonde). La confezione contiene anche delle flange per tiralatte (che dovrebbero funzionare a mo' di "riduttori" per la coppa di numerosi tiralatte commerciali) e un misuratore per il capezzolo per aiutare a scegliere la flangia corretta. Mia moglie non li ha trovati di grande utilità, ma sicuramente qualche donna troverà questo plus molto interessante. Solo i cuscinetti valgono comunque l'acquisto del prodotto, soprattutto per la velocità di preparazione a freddo e la quantità di sfere in gel, decisamente superiore alla norma e che permette un accumulo maggiore di freddo e caldo. Consigliati!

Ho fatto provare il kit di misura Nursi Luna a mia moglie ed è stato un prodotto indispensabile per il suo percorso di allattamento. Il kit contiene tutto il necessario per determinare la taglia corretta del tiralatte e per favorire la montata lattea. Gli inserti per flange di diverse misure sono utilissimi per trovare la misura perfetta per il suo capezzolo. I materiali sono di alta qualità, morbidi e delicati sulla pelle del seno. Gli impacchi per la terapia caldo/freddo sono stati un valido aiuto per alleviare il fastidio. E molto intuitivo da utilizzare. Gli inserti si adattano facilmente alle flange del tiralatte. Il contenitore è comodo per riporrli e mantenerli puliti. Considerando la completezza e la qualità dei materiali, il prezzo è davvero competitivo. La qualità dei materiali, la completezza del kit e la facilità d'uso lo rendono un prodotto davvero valido.

I really liked everything in this kit. Loved the variety of flange sizes as I have needed to use different ones at different times, and the measuring tools to make sure I was using the correct size. The flanges fit great in my spectra and are easy to clean. The gel pads were super helpful when frozen to use for engorgement. I did have them break open, so I had to put them in a ziplock bag. Just be cautious to make sure they don't break open.
